Beautiful hotel with superb service.
Fantastic location - accross from the Venetian - but feels much more serene and has a lot more class.

we were greeted at the door with smiling faces. we were upgraded to a suite - which was large and beautifully appointed. everything worked and was clean and new. great little touches and consistency which hilton group hotels always seem to achieve. i would definitely stay here on our next visit to macau.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The MOD design shop near the ruins of St Peter's has fantastic Macau designed merchandise.

The location is very convenient .
Check in services were done efficiently and with a smile (sometimes this are so hard to get!) The rooms were of reasonable size and well designed and equiped - toiletries, bathrobes, towels, drinks, etc. Plenty of pillows and comfortable sofas.

we went for a 40th and only had two nights, we contacted edmund the concierge prior to going. he was excellent, he organized all of our bookings from exclusive bars, restaurants and night clubs. the conrad team could not do enough for us and it made our entire holiday.

The concierge was excellent, had everything organized before we got there including directions in Mandarin to each place and back to the hotel. Just amazing preparation and made the trip for us.
