The front desk staff got a bigger room for us and the room is fantastic! We are totally 4 adults and the two queen beds are more than enough. I also love the free gifts from Conrad which are the ducky, the teddy bear, and the can of sweets. We enjoyed the stay there so much

When we booked there was an error with the booking relating to the number of people and if breakfast was included. We contact agoda twice through their website and did not receive a reply either time. The hotel could not fix the problem but upgraded the room and explained it was a common issue with agoda.
Actually the breakfast was not great and is not conveniently located - so better to give it a miss. The upgraded room was fab.

the best thing that i want to review for this hotel is the good ventilation system. btw i'm smoker, when i get their smoking room and smoke for a while and then i came back to room about 1 hour later. there's no smoke smell at all. really a good point that i couldn't find in macau

This is my wife's birthday and we spent two nights in Macau. It is a pleasant surprise that we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room is spacious and well decorated. The bedroom and bathroom are immaculately comfortable.
The staff are very helpful and provided us lots of tips for dining and site-seeing. We had a very good 2-day holiday in Macau and my wife claimes its one of her sweetest birthday so far.
