This is my wife's birthday and we spent two nights in Macau. It is a pleasant surprise that we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room is spacious and well decorated. The bedroom and bathroom are immaculately comfortable.
The staff are very helpful and provided us lots of tips for dining and site-seeing. We had a very good 2-day holiday in Macau and my wife claimes its one of her sweetest birthday so far.

Fantastic hotel

I stayed Conrad Macao for 2 nights. They offered me a free upgrade and the room was absolutely beautiful and excellent. Nice amenities. I was a bit demanding on requests but all staff responded to me promptly and nicely. I especially would like to thank to the guest service staff who worked very late.
I wish I could stay there longer. However, there are no convenient shops in this hotel area so it was hard to get daily stuff (bottled water, etc).

Everything in the room is good but the variety of food in the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointed as compared with the Conrad hotel we stayed in Singapore, Kuala Lumpar, Bangkok & Hong Kong. It could be a pro as the hotel guest from mainland china wasted lots of food cos we saw them picking much food back to their seats by then left over half of them on the table.
Our room is pool facing but when we went to the hotel swimming pool, its definately not the one we saw from the room as it belongs to holiday Inn, comparatively the pool is a but small.
Generally it's worth to have a try of Conrad Macao.

Friends and I had totally happy time staying in the hotel. Good service with no hassle at all, staffs always helpful and cheerful. Room is big and comfortable. All amenities are perfect and in good quality. Room with a very good view which can see the city and pools as well. Lovely! But only one bad thing is the pool is too small. Not for the swimmers. Apart from this, it is a very good hotel worth to stay again and again.

Excellent hotel rooms in brand new complex

We checked-in on time at 3pm, and as is often the case in Macau, the lobby was very busy, with a short queue of people waiting to check in. We were greeted and made to feel very welcome by the excellent staff. Within less than five minutes, we were being pointed towards the elevators to our room. The layout is unconventional since the hotels in the Cotai Sands complex are connected to a mall and a casino, so it is not immediately obvious where the hotel ends and the luxury shopping begins.
The room itself was very comfortable, modern and well-equipped. Huge comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, large flat-screen TV, curved sofa and coffee table. The swimming pool was very hard to see, being directly below the window. The large bathroom was beautifully decorated and fitted out in a classical but contemporary style. Some nice gifts - Conrad teddy bear and jar of candies.
We had afternoon tea in the lounge bar, which was fine and in a great-looking setting, but they seemed a little short-staffed and we had to wait a little. But the food and drinks were great once they arrived.
The swimming pool deck has several small pools with interesting shapes; some of them heated like a bath, and some of them pretty cold. Not really comfortable in either, and impossible to swim laps. The pool bar menu looked good, however.
Ordering breakfast in the room was a particular treat, arriving early with amazing presentation and everything exactly as ordered. One American breakfast was more than enough to fill us both up.
Overall, the service was outstanding by Macau standards, and the quality of the hardware was also very impressive indeed

Brand new hotel, great service. There is free wifi in the lobby. However, we arrived at 4pm but still couldn't check in to our room. The receptionist upgraded us to the suite. The suite is much larger in size, with separate bedroom and living room, dining table, larger sofa and two washrooms. Great value for us.
Swimming pools of the hotel is rather small though. We expected to be larger since the swimming area of a neighboring hotel seems larger and have more facilities.

Good Business Hotel with Nice Deco

The hotel is situated in the centre of Taipa, with all famous and excellent shopping, gambling and entertainment properties around, such as Venetian, City of Dreams and Galaxy. I have booked the deluxe room and it might be due to overbooked, I have been upgraded to Premier Suite. The suite is huge in 1,700 sq ft, with an audio/video entertaining room besides the huge living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must go to visit Venetian casino, think it was the largest casino in the world. There are always great shows in Venetian arena. The other thing shouldn't miss is the House of Dancing Water show in City of Dreams, it was the best show I have ever seen, can't miss if visit Macau.

I spent my holidays at this hotel with my boyfriend for three nights. We booked a city view suit, and the room was great and very cozy. We really loved this hotel and did not want to go back. The price is acutally quite reasonable compare to other high-end hotels. They have a VIP Club especially for the suit guests, where you can have your breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner for free. There even offer wine, corktail and many many kinds of drinks, and they are all FREE!!! As long as you are staying their suit. But there are not many chioces of good restaurants in this hotel and also not many branded shops for those ladies who loving shopping.
