Beautiful hotel with great service

The hotel room is absolutely magnificent. It is spacious, beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. The room is also very clean. Furthermore, the city view of City of Dreams is also spectacular. The service is excellent as the staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, it is definitely a highly recommended hotel to stay in.

Housekeeping did a great job in making guests feel warm heart welcome every day and night.

Good interior design. I like the bathroom most. It is not a very deluxe one. However, it is the best design, user friendly and practical. Housekeeping prepares little surprise every day or night for the guests, e.g. location of a little teddy bear will make you smile from bottom of your heart.
Travel tip:
When you come across a typhoon signal No.8 or above, you will thank God you are staying in a hotel like this with good F&B outlets and shopping plaza.

We were happy that the room is upgraded to suit room by the receptionist. The room is so big with welcome candy, fiji water, B. duck, the most surprise is the housekeeper left a bear on the bed to us after room cleaning :) All of them impress us (my famly members) so much though just a hotel stay. For sure, we will stay here next time.

The room is spacious with good audio-visual equipment. The bed is slumberous with silky linen. The sound proof of the room is so excellent that it guarantees your sleep won't be disturbed by any sound. Besides, the compimentary items are so high end, such as Fiji bottle water (with refill during house keeping), hand-made candies, capsule coffee, etc. All these make you want to stay in the room longer.
What needs to be improved is the swimming pool. They are quite small and crowded.

Room very well-furnished, very clean, the bathrobe + slipper are of excellent quality with silk texture! bathroom products are of Acca Kappa brand, so cool. Coffee's chic, taste well. Teabags are of silk texture, classy. The service of staff's excellent. Able to late check out, fabulous.

Stayed by two separate bookings in two different rooms on 19/7 and 20/7 night. Same room type. One of the guest's birthday.
Room are not standard. 19/7's room there's no TV in the bathroom and no cushions on the long sofa. I wouldn't have known that if I didn't stay on the second night.
Human's private part's hair found in the bath tube. Very disgusting.
Facial mirror (circle shape mirror in bathroom)'s light wouldn't work.
Coffee machine wouldn't work on the second night. Told the staff to replace me with a new one as I'm in a hurry to go out and need a cup of coffee asap. Instead someone come in take a look, and then ask another staff to come take a look again, and spent quite a time to fix it.
On second night 20/7 booking was made by my partner with his agoda account. Frontdesk insisted we haven't pay at agoda and double-charged us. in the mid-night front desk called and said they saw our payment and will void the second payment with NO apology. Disappointed.

Obviously this hotel would be clean and upto date as only recently opened. Rooms are of a good size and not a long walk to get to from foyer/lift.
Conrad guests have private pool which is not shared with the other 2 hotels in the complex. The gym has all the equipment for a good workout. The changing rooms are very nice along with the steam room, turkish bath and shower facilities.
Quick service on check in and out. With very friendly staff whom accompany you to your room once checked in.

4th time staying in Macau.
I preferred Four Seasons before I've stayed in Conrad.
Conrad was also great, except for that I had to wait for the room to be ready and some of the shops in the canal were still under construction. But certainly was good for the price.
If it is the same price as Four Seasons, I still prefer Four Seasons.
