i had a pleasant stay here. the rooms were spacious and clean. enjoyed using there sauna and spa. this hotel is also walking distance to many casinos and restaraunts. emporer hotel is very to the macau ferry as well as the airport. i also enjoyed the fact there are restaraunts close by that are open 24 hours a day.

The location is good - just right infront of Star World and Wynn. However, it was still very difficult to find it because it didn't have a signage, in a place where everyone proudly displays their establishment's name.
The rooms are nice and well appointed, the staff is friendly and multilingual (a plus that there are Filipinos employed).
What I don't like:
1. Couches in the lobby does not match the hotel interior, and they can add more seats for waiting guests.
2. Free wired Internet is extremely slow - was impossible to check emails.
3. No convenience stores nearby, the place is practically dead by nightfall.

although the hotel does not have a casino but we are still surrounded by casinos. it is near wynn, star world, mgm, supermarket, eatery.
however, kettle pots are slightly dirty so make sure you wash them before use.

Hotel is located in the quiet side of Macau. Very near restaurants and convenient stores. A big plus is their shuttle that comes around every 15 minutes to drop guests to the ferry terminal and back. Will definitely check in again when we return to Macau. Breakfast buffet is a bit wanting 'though. Very limited choices and buffet spread does not change. Good thing it's near nice restaurants.

Overall it was a good stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and big. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. It's location is near attractions like Wynn, Star World. However as the hotel is located not on the main road, we have difficulty in finding it initially. There is also not many eatries near the hotel at night.

godd hotel , with ok size room but smelly

stayed there for couple of days overall the stay at this hotel was comfortable but there were some disadvantage like the room was tocuh smelling and the interiors were old and floor carpet was not clean . most of the time we spent outside so did not used the services ..
overall my comfort was touch more than average .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to grand hotel lisboa and other shopping activities were close to the hotel ..
