Staff not helpfull, dining room not available but not told, breakfast very average, no yoghurt or muesli.
Chairs in lobby not available for use , cordoned off in corner and ask to move from them when waiting to meet client.

Great location small rooms
5
There was some building work taking place which meant that it was quite noisy. The hotel bar was rarely open and was not a specific bar area with no atmosphere. I feel that the Executive room was fairly basic and in need of modernisation. Staff were friendly enough and the location is good.

hotel with a good position in the centre
6.7
the hotel is very good positioned in the centre of macau. the rooms are not noisy and clean.
bad room very small in comparison to other hotel with the same price level.
breakfast o.k. you will find all what you expect for a good english breakfast, but no sweets, for the typical south european breakfast.
at the time i was there was a bit of building work, but not really realised it or was disturbed of.
the staff is very friendly and try to help when ever possible.
overall positive stay but next time would try a different hotel
Shopping Tip:
for shoping you need to go to China, it is easy with the taxi to the border, but you need to buy a visa for 3 days, what cost depending from where are you from.
but best value for small gifts and presents

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The rooms were big and comfy, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Macau is so small it is all within walking distance and there are many free shuttles to take.

Cozy environment but "complicated" place
Room is clean, facilities are quite complete
7.3
The room was nice, value for the money. Fair location which consider quite convenient, I can even walk to 新马路. But hotel has a SPA center which I believe is also a red light area, not very proper for family with elder or children. But overall it's acceptable, for that price, if I ever visit Macau again I would properly stay at the same hotel.

Price,Comfort,cleanliness,evrything is passable.
Hotel clerk's work is slow and lazy.
Most of the guests are Chinese. They smoke anywhere(even in lift!),not to care around, speak loud and noisy!

the adults can gamble (and get free milk tea), and the kids can enjoy playing in the artificial beach, swimming pool, jacuzzi. the hotel also made waves in the beach, though i was hoping for something stronger. the rooms are really nice: clean, comfortable bed; tub, shower, and free (stable and fast) internet access.
Shopping Tip:
very friendly for elderly folks
