Disappointing package and dirty carpets

Room had a bad smell and dirty, stained carpets. Bathroom was very small. 'Executive package' was supposed to include 'drinks' in th evening but turned out to be only tea and coffee - which anybody could get in their rooms anyway. Would never stay there again and would not recommend it to any one else

The location of the hotel is quite strategy. Even there is no casino in the hotel itself, but there are many options (casino) around the hotel. The service provided by the staff is great, especially the reception staff at 20 floor. The food provided is fine. I was surprise that there are some free fruits from the hotel somemore. The environment and the design of the hotel or room are good.

Great location, very nice room and very good price. Everything you wanted are within 10 minutes walk from hotel. D2 club is located right across the street from hotel. Many many restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk from hotels. The only negative is the staff in this hotel are very rude and either lack of knowledge about Macau or just unwilling to help.

We have spent three days two nights in Emperor Hotel. The location of the hotel is really good. It locates at the center of the city. However, regarding to the service, we have waited for nearly 10mins to checkin which makes me a bit disappointed.
At the last day, we have booked the shuttle bus service 15mins in advance. At the very beginning, the security told us to wait and will inform us when the shuttle bus arrive. But when the bus has come, the security not only has already been disappeared, but also the bus hasn't waited for even 5 mins!
Nightlife Tip:
There is a sauna at the 2/F, maybe a good place for Men!

Although the hotel and rooms are a bit old, e.g. with stained carpet, it is overall clean, with a good location and service.
The only setback is that it doesn't have a hotel shuttle to the airport and other places.

Walking distance to many cheap restaurants ,shopping malls and casinos.

its superb location saved my wife and i a lot as cheap restaurants are everywhere and there are a lot to see and enjoy at walking distance.the hotel itself is clean with most of the staff english-speaking.the hotel can be better if it is customer friendly by having more sofas for waiting guest at the front lobby.
Restaurant Tip:
There are several medium or cheap restaurants around the hotel that offer food packages that are not only cheap but tasty.Just walk around.
