Hotel for comfort and relaxation
clean room, simple yet elegant room, good air conditioning,

the hotel has a good location for travellers. rooms are clean and air conditioning is good. on the other hand, we suggest that staffs speak english, even basic english. it would be great if free shuttle bus is provided. would be great if there is a roof top for sight seeing and other amenities open to the guests of the hotel. the television unit is not friendly user.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Numerous hotels with casino are amazing for sightseeing.

Very convenient hotel with good ambience
Close to the casinos in Macau

only 10 mins walk to the grand lisboa casino, and 15 mins walk to the main shopping area in macau. nice room with good ambience. overall an ok stay here.

Great location but poor service on transportation

overall the stay is accepted. but needed to high light that the free bus provided at jetty is worst , as needed to wait at least one hour to have it. overall the room is well and clean. but one things is dis pointed , even the hotel lobby wireless also needed to paid. i lost the communication with my family while staying at this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you really can not get the Bus on Ferry , you can try to hop up to near by Hotel service bus which only walk distance back. Exp : Holidays Inn & Metro-park. Which I do that after the second day stay.

Great location and worth for your money
Good location, walking distance to popular tourist destination and worth for money

The hotel is in good location and surround by many convenience and small stores. Just 15 minutes of walking distance you can arrive at Senado Square - a popular tourist destination and Ruins of St Paul. This hotel has an adequate space for family with young children and it is worth for your money.

the hotel is ok overall, but gotta walk a short lil distance frm the main road.if you have heavy luggages, it's gonna be a challenge as u gotta walk along those small narrow streets. overall,hotel room is ok and it's not far frm wynn hotel and etc. rooms are ok even for 3 persons when we added another extra bed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do walk out from the hotel to the main road, once there,cross over to the catch the Galaxy shuttle bus to Cotai strip. Very convenient to catch shuttle buses.

Strategically located hotel
value for money, good location

stayed two nights at the hotel. for the price paid, we feel that the hotel is very value for money. the hotel is strategically located, near to a few famous casinos.
the room is spacious and well equipped. hotel staff are friendly and speak good english and mandarin.
will definitely consider this hotel again on the next visit.

Location is very good. Very strategic and close to everything.

Over-all stay was good.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's near to about everything. Major hotels, Taxi, watering holes and shops.
Service needs improvement though. It's bad that only a handful of the staff knows basic English and worse when they don't know what service with a smile is.
The breakfast at the Executive Lounge is terrible.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Get yourselves a Macau Map upon arrival. A number of tourist spots are actually walking distance. You'll be surprised with the interesting shops, spots, stores that you will find along the way.

Nice hotel with good location. The rooms are clean and the beds are just nice. Can find nice and good foods around the hotel. We are happy to stay there. Will go back there again.
