Worst hotel ever!! Not 4 star. Hardly even 1 star!
First of all, I booked a non-smoking room one month in advance. When I arrive, they told me there's no non-smoking room. As my wife and I do not smoke, it's impossible for us to live in that environment. So I told them, no!! It's not my problem, they have to fix it. I argues with them for a while and they agree to offer a downgrade. Which is ridiculous. They said they have better room, but will not upgrade me unless I pay extra. As we are tired, we have no chance to pay extra. When I went into the so-called suite, I immediately regret it. The carport are extremely dirty, with diets everywhere, the bathroom is super small and dirty. The ceilings are cracked and dirty (looks like it's going to fall). The bed looks fine at first. But when we went to bed, we discover a lot of hair and dirts. Clearly they did not clean. We wiped everything ourselves and went to bed. In the morning, we went to the so-called VIP breakfast room, food are ridiculous and chooses are less then what you get in McDonald's. The worst thing is, when we got back home. We found our face infected, and itchy, clearly because the pillows are dirty as well!!! Worst hotel ever!! Looks nothing like the photos, doesn't worth 4 stars. I can hardly give it 1 star!! Do not recommend for anyone!

Interior of hotel is better than the exterior
Comfortable bed, well insulated rooms, 20 mins walk to St. Paul ruins and Largo square.

Good hotel bad breakfast
Good Hotel
Beautiful experience but the breakfast and staff at breakfast hall were bad , lack of english speaking skills. I will not recommend many people because most look for good breakfast during their stay. Otherwise the room and lobby were very helpful

Location, value for money and also newly renovated
Just renovated so it is clean and nice. For this price is really worth the $$$
