Run down hotel and looks shaddy

walked into this hotel and felt disappointed with the appearance and looks of it. Booked 2 nights but I forfeited 1 night and checked out earlier. The beds were hard and the comforter were old and smelly. Did not sleep well for a night and decided move to another hotel. What a disappointment !! Will not consider again !!
Travel tip:
Old hotel and the free breakfast for the executive floors were too simple and plain.

Room is clean but the carpet is a bit dam and that leads to a pungent smell.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Th Macau Tower is the best place to go whereby you can see the whole surrounding view of Macau.

A very cozy hotel that lies in the heart of city centre. It is good for those who needed a bit of privatecy away from the noise of casino. Clean room and bed. A definate value for money. Staff is helpful as well when we ask for direction to places of interest and buses to take to the location. Good value for money.

since this is an executive room, overall the space is good enough, location is good since near city center and just minutes walk to wynn hotel. and i like the breakfast. on the 19f, not buffet,but the food is good.

the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to new world, grand lisbos, wyn hotel. the price is very reasonable with such a central location. it is recommended for solo traveler that wants to stay at the place nearby city centre.

The hotel was in a good location with taxis seemingly available at call. Whist the staff were not unfriendly they did not impress as much as our stays at other hotels on our trip including Macau. The executive floor whilst comfortable was maybe slightly overpriced for what you received compared to other hotels. The breakfast whist adequate was nothing special and possibly only partiall compensated for the price. But location was good, but taxis are cheap enough to stay where you want even away from the action. Overall I probably would stay there again, maybe.
Restaurant Tip:
Whilst in the middle of the action, dont expect anybody to understand english at the local restaurants! Gave up and had room service at the hotel which by the way was fantastic!

The hotel location is near to the attraction points, just walking distance. The only thing is it takes us quite some time to find out the exact location of the hotel when the first day we reach.

Have a wonderful stay at Emperor hotel. Great location in the hottest spot of Macau, thus can hop on to free shutter bus to big hotels and walk over to the Emperor

generally a comfortable stay it have a good tim sum restaurant . but this hotel name tends to be confused with the grand emperor.
