Wonderful service and locations. We checked in and requested for one big bed room instead of two twin bed. The hotel found one and upgraded for free, which really made our stay as a pleasant experience immediately. The room is so clean and location is easy to go anywhere.

Hidden gem amid the sleepless city

Room is clean and spacious with quite a lot TV channels to see. It is quite difficult to find the first time as it is a small hotel compared to the vast selection of hotel in the city. Do not be mistaken by another hotel by the name of Grand Emperor Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel has schedules shuttle bus to ferry where from there, you can hop on to the many free shuttle bus to the major attractions of macau. Or go across StarWorld where there is shuttle bus to The Galaxy. Lastly, take bus number 3 which is just a few stops away to Senado square where you can venture to Ruins of St Paul.

Great Location + Lovely Hotel
near to Starworld Hotel with shuttle bus from zhuhai customs + macau ferry terminal & walkable to st paul church & eateries

My stay is fantastic! The room is very pleasant and ultra neat with good reception service! For the price and location, make my 2D1N trip worthwhile
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is near to several casinos so you can enjoy the peace and quiet while able to get out to nearby hotels for quick betting fun!

Room was clean , great location. But abit noisy , can hear next room tv and talking.
No airport transfer , but they will arrange a van or car to airport. It cost Hkd200 .
Restaurant Tip:
A tasty chinese restaurant just behind the hotel . Just 5 mins to walk

This hotel is located in the casino area, about a five minute walk from the local bus station
We were in Macau for sightseeing rather than gambling, and so for us the location was poor.
The room was large, but the lighting was very dim, little daylight entered our room on the 19th floor, a large apartment building blocked any light. It was an " executive room " but to be honest it was not a welcoming room to return to after a days sightseeing. There was dust under the furniture and the room would have benefitted from some maintenance. The facilities in the room were just about ok. The gloominess was overpowering.
A buffet breakfast was included in the price, it was ok, but nothing special.
The hotel lobbies reeked of tobacco, although the room was free of the smell. Cigarette butts littered the lifts most times we used them.
The staff were efficient, but did not make a great effort to welcome or be overtly helpful.
Macau is a very interesting town, easy to get around with lots to see, but this hotel was, I'm afraid rather a disappointment.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Macau tea museum, and the adjoining gardens, absolutely delightful, and I'm rarely impressed by gardens.
Walking around the older parts of the town.
The Taipa museum of houses and the surrounding portuguese streets.

Great location hidden close to Wynn/Starworld

the hotel is more of a 3 star hotel than a 4 star, but the location and price make it well worth it if looking for a fairly inexpensive hotel close to all the action. easy to walk to wynn and starworld and mgm. the hotel staff is very rude and quick to get everyone checked in and out of their way, probably because they have to deal with so many rude guests from the mainland. while checking in, the front desk manager didnt look me in the eye once. just going through the motions. having said that, expectations were not there compared to if staying at a hotel such as the wynn or venetian.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Free wifi is great in the room.
