Nice location; clean room
provide free suttle bus service tro and fro from ferry to hotel.

reasonable price. Clean room with nice comfortable beds.
Fast check in/out. Did not face problem with the room facilites during the stay. But hope to get more smiles from the staffs.

Just renovated at a good location with good food nearby.

Recommended for a stress free stay. Shops and eatries stay open through the night. Very safe and conveniently located within walking distance of tourist attrations like senado square, casinos like the Wynn & MGM.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Safe to walk to places like Senado square, or Fishermans' Wharf. Eateries are plentiful around the vincinity of the hotel.

Great location but hotel under renovation.

Overall quite satisfied with the stay. Not all staff able to communicate in English. Room not ready when reached there at 1330 hrs and was told that it will be ready. But then again , it was not ready when approached again and told to come. Convenient to walk to all big casinos but no shuttle service provided to and from airport

Nothing much to see except if are interested to try your luck at the casinos.

The hotel was nice. It's not much on the outside, but the room was spacious and clean. It came with complimentary fruits so that was a plus. The bathroom was large enough and it came with a bathtub. The bed and pillows were comfortable you won't have to worry about not having a good sleep. As for the location, it's walking distance from tourist spots like Senado square, and fisherman's wharf. Breakfast was ok too.

The emperor hotel was not the most strategically located hotel and there was not any prominent signs to indicate the hotel and we had to spent quite some time to figure out the location. As the hotel is undergoing renovations and upgrading, we had a problem with the toliet which seemed to flood slightly upon every shower taken and when we use the bathtub. There were also stains in the toliet and some parts of the room. Hotel reception service was below average and needs to improve on that.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Around the hotel are severals reknowned casinos and a walking distance of about 10mins to a bus stop. Whereby travellers can take different bus to explore. Macau.

The location is good. Staff are not friendly. They are giving wrong directions, maybe, they are not sure of what they are saying.
Restaurant Tip:
This is the worst. It will take time ordering what you want. And you can't even get it because of the language difficulty. It makes me crazy.

The hotel is located near major casinos, but it is not easily found.Hotel is under renovation and the lobby is very messy. Hotel room is aged and need refurbishment. Cleanliness is acceptable and the price of the hotel is reasonable.
