if can make some corner for mahjong and recreation such as kids play ground, child care centre might be able to attract more guest with kids to stay there. by doing that guest with kid will be able to go casino without worry about their kid.

Overall stay is good and present. it is located near to majority of casino and a short walk to san ma ruo. nice bedroom setting with a full glass see though windows at the shower room.

It would have been perfect had it not been for the damp smell. not so pleasant smell. also,hotel asked for deposit w/o explaiing why should there be a deposit when it is prepaid. need to ask several times before they explained. good location to restaurants,casinos and other attractions. Hotel has a shuttle bus that commutes hotel=ferry every 20-30 minutes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
avail of the hotel shuttle buses to get around Macau for free.

a great hotel stay
location was good, room was spacious and comfortable

the hotel stay was great. within walking distance to the other casinoes. we took a cab to the other sights of macau (ruins, dog race etc.) because we were travelling as a family of 4. the reception provided a complimentary upgrade to an executive room and that was lovely.
only downside was we didnt catch the shuttle service from the jetty. we only saw the ones from the bigger hotels/casinoes and didnt realise there was one from emperor hotel until we saw the notice in the hotel lobby.

It was pleasant and the room was clean and nice.
Very comfortable.The location is excellent as there are eating shops on the left side of the hotel as you exit.

Quite unsatisfied with my stay here. I have personally called and check with the hotel staff and they confirm all rooms provide King size bed but a queen was given. The bed is hard and room is noisy at night due to the piping or so. Hotel staff is unfriendly. Had requested additional towels but was not given.

Room is comfort, clean, overall is Good, but breakfast is very poor, only bread and egg, better booking Room Only. Security staff is very helpfull. I would definitely recomend to anyone but without breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very close to Wynn casino, Lisboa casino, many restaurant around this hotel

Great Quality and Value in a great location

The only detraction from this hotel is that is is slightly far from Venetian Hotel and airport. But...even then...its not that far. It is very conveniently located close to all the casinos and only a very short taxi ride to the major tourist destinations. I would stay here again and again.
Restaurant Tip:
Out of Emperor Hotel to the left are three great/local restaurants. FYI

Hotel Review about bed mattress

The mattress is too hard to sleep and not comfortable. There is some dust mite and they bite people. Three of us in the room all get bitten and we feel very itchy. There are a lot of tv channels for entertainment and they are free=) The toilet is clean and the room cleaning is quite satisfied.
