Weak wifi signal, no free shuttle from/to airport
The wifi signal in the room is terribly weak..I has to get to the lobby to receive full free shuttle service to or from airport...hotel need renovation..

Good place at a good price
price location comfort
I enjoyed this hotel very much. You can't really see it from the main street so you need a map or taxi to find it. Back behind it is a pedestrian area which extends for many blocks. Not a very far walk to the historic Portuguese center. The Wynn and MGM are more or less across the main street (which can only be crossed in a few places).

Good mid range hotel
Position, clean, comfortable
We got the last room in the hotel and it was on the SMOKING floor so the room smelled of cigarette smoke. We were able to change the next day. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and adequate.

Good for budget stay
convenient location, budget stay, spacious roo
Overall was good, but we had been waiting for the free shuttle bus at least 45min but never saw it coming. At the end, we took cab to the ferry.

Macau Family Trip
The hotel was nice. They have good staff, fluent in english. The hotel food was awesome. They gave us free desserts every time we dine in.

The 1st room that was given aircon was faulty, had to insist the hotel to change room, cause they kept saying that it was us who do not know how to use the aircon, ... in the end funally acknowledged that aircon was faulty after 30 mins .. v
