Good stay

It was a good stay overall. We liked the Christmas theme set at the lobby. The Chinese staff conversed well in English as opposed to the previous hotel we've stayed at. Breakfast was satisfying. Service was good although not all cable channels (majority English channels i.e. Star World, HBO Asia, cartoons) worked despite having their maintenance staff fix the receiver.
Restaurant Tip:
We were so lost in translation. All restaurants in which we have dined do not have English-speaking crews. We had to point pictures and food labels on the menu and make other gestures to place our orders.

Reasonable price for the size of the room

Generally the stay was satisfies however the staff is not that helpful in term of additional information and the shutter bus service have to wait 30 minutes compare to others just around 10 minutes

Is good to stay in hotel Emperor, because the price is very reasonable price, near by you can get Restoren or those convinince store , I will consider again if I visit Macau again on next year..! Good job

The hotel is staying in Macau centre So, it easy to go to anywhere.
You can walk around the centre and they have a bus service go to ferry station that you
can go there and change the bus to Venetian.
The last thing is staff so nice . They can advise you about travel place.
I think, I felt safe when I was stay there.
