Very good value, would definately stay here again.
Very clean and modern room, free internet access, close to many small restaurants and casinos. Very helpful staff.
9.3
This is a very clean and modern hotel located close to many small shops and restaurants, many of which seem to be open 24 hours. It's a short taxi/bus ride to the Macau tower and within walking distance of quite a few casinos.
We stayed on the executive floor, the free breakfast is nothing special, offering toast, croissants, cereals, fruit, etc, but it's good if you don't feel like going out to eat.
Many small restaurants are located within walking distance, not too many speak english so you just have to look for ones with pictures on their menus.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you're planning on going to the more upmarket casinos, such as The Venetian, you can find free shuttle buses from many of the other casinos near by, they'll also take you to the Hong Kong ferry.

Very Enjoyable Stay
Quite big room, quiet and peaceful , clean and the ppl here r very helpful
8.3
We (old couple) will sure stay in this hotel if we r still able to be here next year. It is very convenient as it is near to many eating place- chinese and portugal food. The casino like STAR world, Wynn, Lisboa r 5 to 10 min walk only. 20 min walk will be Senado Square. Why waste ur money staying in the other expensive hotels ?
Restaurant Tip:
Don't be scare of the big restaurants, the price of food actually not that expensive. Small eating stalls or shops around the hotels though offer lower price but the food is very low quality. U can enjoy good quality rice or noodle at ar HKD 30-40 at the Red 8 inside Wynn. If u can afford the abalone fried rice or congee at the price of HKD 188 is worth trying.

it is a reasonable good condition hotel compare to those hotels in HONG KONG. The room is sufficient. their executive floor service is good. Those waitress and waiter are friendly and helpful. The location is slightly out of central radium. you need to work for 15 minutes to the new Lisboa Casino. I can't find any good restaurant around this hotel. if you look for good food, walk to the main street which is 20 minutes away.

Macao #1
Good location between casinos and the old town. Nice room
Free Wifi in room
8.7
The Emperor is an older but well maintained building and suited for all types of travelers since it is between the casinos and the old town. The staff are very helpful in directing you to or in getting cabs. We would stay there again when we are in Macao.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel has free shuttle to ferry port.

The staff members were nice and polite. Extra bed was prepared earlier on and they prepared 3 sets of toothbrush, towel, slipper and so on. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfy. The size was just enough for 3 person.

Good hotel with a decent price range
1)Close proximity to lots of casino in main Macau area.
7.7
Hotel is close to lots of casino and restaurants, but macau is small so unless it's at the far end of the island, anywhere else is fine.
Room was spacious enough and service was prompt and attended to quickly and effectively. Overall a decent hotel to stay in for its low price compared to the others.

SATISFACTORY
Its in the city and within walking distance to various attractions - once you are familiar with the area.
The breakfast spread was satisfactory. Have expected only some basic stuff from earlier reviews but were surprised by the varieties.
We had a good breakfast.

We spend only one night at the hotel and found it comfortable enuf. The room is big and spacious and we were given complimentary mineral water in the room (which some hotels don't provide).
The hotel's staff are helpful and friendly if you approach them. Just that some are not fluent in English - they communicate in Cantonese.
All in all - It's worth for the money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We walked to the Sands casino (10 min walk) and took a free shuttle over to The Venetian at Taipa Island. They provide free shuttle to the ferry terminal and border gate too.
