The check-in and check-out time is quite long, the environment is quite comfortable in the hotel, the hotel is new however the bed is too small. It can be better. The bus service to pier is not enough such that not easy to take a hotel bus to hotel.

overall the room is big enough for two person, the location is quite good but lack of food stalls that sell supper at night. The nearest casino is 10 minutes walking distance and quite convinence for us. Only thing that i not satisfy is the food at the hotel. The breakfast only got limited choices of foods, and the food not very nice.

what i really like is the location is very good, easy to having a meal, basically chinese food. Besides that the breakfast provide by the hotel are not many choice, need to improve.

Review of Emperor Hotel, Macau

Checked in the Emperor Hotel at Macau under Agoda online booking. Check-in was simple and fast. Rooms were nice and good value. Location was convenient to bus stops (Holiday Inn stop)and also walking distance to major areas of attractions e.g. Grand Lisboa etc. Free shuttle bus service to the jetty which then can connect to the other free shuttle buses provided which includes to Venetian and City of Dreams. Requested for late check-out but was informed that the hotel was full due to group bookings and the manager in charge even apologize when he saw me checking out at the stipulated time as he was unable to extend my check-out hours (very nice of him to do so). Beds are not King Size, more of a Queen size so for 2 adults and 1 toddler, it may be a little bit of a squeeze. Check out was also fast and efficient. Food/Dining rating is rated as neutral as I did not have any meals in the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Ensure you get the right bus at the right stop to avoid going in one big round. 1 of the bus stop is nearby Holiday Inn and another is one block behind. Also currency used in casino in Grand Lisboa is Hong Kong Dollar.

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to grand hotel like Wynn and MGM within 5 minutes. Senado square and famous Magaret's portugese egg tart is also within 10 minutes walk. The hotel's cleanliness needs to be improved. There are stain on both armchairs in my executive room. The executive room free breakfast is also the worst hotel breakfast that I ever have. It only has bread, bun, hard boiled eggs, fruits, juices, coffee and tea. Unless you need a bigger bed, otherwise not worth paying extra for the executive room.

receptionists are very accommodating, has good location, and has nice room.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite room instead of a deluxe room since I requested for a double bed room that was luckily not available that time. And with it's good location I will definitely go back to this hotel.

The hotel room is quite big and comfortable.the only bad points against emperor hotel are:the frontdesk are NOT friendly at all.some of them are rude and doesnt say thank you!they will just hand you your receipt and throwing it to you.doesnt smile at all!!!..i think it should come from the top how employees are,if they see all the top ranks smilling n very nice to the customers,they will follow also.i have been and checkd in to so many hotels,but EMPEROR is the worst service of them all.Sad bec they have good location,just improve the attitudes of theyre staff.

Emperor Hotel
Great location and well staffed.

Overall the hotel is a great place to stay since it is located near to major casinos (within 10 minutes walk). There are a lot of restaurant nearby and also a 7-eleven shop around the corner. Hotel staff are well trained and services are very satisfactory. Shuttle bus to ferry terminal is free. The only downside is the room carpet which should be replaced. And the bed is a bit hard.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the free shuttle to ferry terminal where you get to ride free shuttles (provided by other major hotels) to their respective hotels i.e. in Taipa area namely Venetion Macau.

Macau stay.
The rooms are clean and good service from the staff both for rooms and reception.

Satisfied with overall services and rooms. Could do with a cafe for light meals and snacks.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Within walking distance to most casino hotels with free shuttle. If you like walking, you could actually walk to quite a few of the places of interest.
