Good location hotel
Good location. Clean room. Modern style.Delicious breakfast.

It's a budget hotel with good location, can walk to the bus stop that take you to Senedos square, St. Paul remnant.15-minutes walk to the Sands casino and Fisherman's Wharf.15 minutes to Macau airport by taxi. Staff can speak English. Nice breakfast.Room are tidy and big with modern decoration.We are very satisfied with this hotel.

Was afraid when I read about the con's comment on the staff. Changed when I reached there and got good , polite serve from them. Helpful too. Room is very comfortable. Good for couples. Good accessible to few casinos but little far to senado square which takes at least 15 min to reach there. Reasonable rates.

This is my second trip to Macau and i was very happy with the service i received from the staff. Courteous and professional. I had lost my phone in the taxi and the staff had called the taxi companies to help locate it. Although i never got my phone back, i was grateful for the effort. The safe i the room did not work for some reason although this was a minor problem. The bed was very comfortable.
Nightlife Tip:
Massage on second and third floor although i did not try it

We stayed only one night here. The location isn't bad. If you don't mind walking, everything else is in close proximity. We did enjoy the breakfast. Mostly asian food but that's okay with us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you don't mind walking, it's easy to catch the bus across from the Grand Lisboa to the Venetian.

decent hotel
well connected, good if you want to be near the ferry terninal n the main city.

the location of the hotel is very good... very close to all the renowned casinos like grand lisboa and mgm. like most of the hotels this hotel also has a free service of pick n drop from the ferry terminal. decent standard rooms with calm and quite environment. not good view from the rooms.

Good location, being situated in city area. Provides free shuttle bus to and fro Macau Ferry Terminal.

Was quite impressed with the spacious lobby on entering the hotel. Smooth check-in and check-out without fuss. 5-star hotel casinos are just within 7 minutes walk. Several eating places in its neighbourhood. Best of all is the cheap hotel rate which includes breakfast. The breakfast provided was reasonably good. Really good value for money.

close to the big casions, a 10 min walk from the old city, quite cheap.

Emperor Hotel was quite ok in general. it is close to the main casions and to bus stations. the staff was ok, they know english preety good. the only thing is that there is a distinct smell of smoking everywhere in the hotel and in the room (although we have asked for a non smoking room). to summrise it all, our stay went well.

Comfortable bed, good location, easy to get around. Near to casinos, eateries and money changers

Pleasant stay with comfortable bed, good air conditioning and adequate and clean facilities. Good location with plenty of eateries, casinos and money changers all within walking distance. However for very good food and currency exchange rates, you have to venture further out of the casino area. The only con is that there is no visible waiting area for the hotel's shuttle service due to the space constraint. All in good value for money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Most obliging Macau residents are the school kids - they are obliging and would go out of their way to try to help you with the road/bus direction.
