Good location. Good pricing. Nice looking hotel. Clean.

Emperor is a good hotel. It is strategically located in the heart of Macau. It’s near the main street so lots of taxis. If you are into gambling, there are lots of casinos within 5 minutes walk. If you don’t mind walking a little further, the major casinos are within 10-20 minutes. Price is good. Didn’t eat there but I was told by my family that breakfast is great, lots of variety.

My stay at Emperor hotel

I stayed in Emperor hotel for just a day with my wife. The hotel is easy to find as we stopped at casino lisboa and walk to the hotel. The hotel is located close to quite a number of tourist attraction like the senado square. Front desk staff is ok but like robots they will not go out of their way to help you. Maybe they are from the mainland, which is typical behaviour of the people there. The room we had was ok as I find it has all the toiletries and most importantly it was clean. I heard that the bed was hard but I found it was fine for me. I had used the internet which is at the top floor for an hour which cost rmb30. Do note they do not have internet service in the night. It is very easy to get a cab to go anywhere from the hotel as I just step out of the hotel, a cab was already waiting. Did not try the restaurant in the hotel, so could not comment on that.

Good location hotel

It's a budget hotel with good location, can walk to the bus stop that take you to Senedos square, St. Paul remnant.15-minutes walk to the Sands casino and Fisherman's Wharf.15 minutes to Macau airport by taxi. Staff can speak English. Nice breakfast.Room are tidy and big with modern decoration.We are very satisfied with this hotel.

Nice stay
Clean, standard and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Was afraid when I read about the con's comment on the staff. Changed when I reached there and got good , polite serve from them. Helpful too. Room is very comfortable. Good for couples. Good accessible to few casinos but little far to senado square which takes at least 15 min to reach there. Reasonable rates.

This is my second trip to Macau and i was very happy with the service i received from the staff. Courteous and professional. I had lost my phone in the taxi and the staff had called the taxi companies to help locate it. Although i never got my phone back, i was grateful for the effort. The safe i the room did not work for some reason although this was a minor problem. The bed was very comfortable.
Nightlife Tip:
Massage on second and third floor although i did not try it

We stayed only one night here. The location isn't bad. If you don't mind walking, everything else is in close proximity. We did enjoy the breakfast. Mostly asian food but that's okay with us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you don't mind walking, it's easy to catch the bus across from the Grand Lisboa to the Venetian.

decent hotel
well connected, good if you want to be near the ferry terninal n the main city.

the location of the hotel is very good... very close to all the renowned casinos like grand lisboa and mgm. like most of the hotels this hotel also has a free service of pick n drop from the ferry terminal. decent standard rooms with calm and quite environment. not good view from the rooms.

Good location, being situated in city area. Provides free shuttle bus to and fro Macau Ferry Terminal.

Was quite impressed with the spacious lobby on entering the hotel. Smooth check-in and check-out without fuss. 5-star hotel casinos are just within 7 minutes walk. Several eating places in its neighbourhood. Best of all is the cheap hotel rate which includes breakfast. The breakfast provided was reasonably good. Really good value for money.

close to the big casions, a 10 min walk from the old city, quite cheap.

Emperor Hotel was quite ok in general. it is close to the main casions and to bus stations. the staff was ok, they know english preety good. the only thing is that there is a distinct smell of smoking everywhere in the hotel and in the room (although we have asked for a non smoking room). to summrise it all, our stay went well.
