Pleasant Stay in Macau
Excellent location, value for money, reasonably comfortable, necessary amenities available
8.7
The stay at this hotel was much better than expected. The location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing and also dining. We were also pleasantly surprised that it is a close proximity to very good and exclusive casinos like Wynn Hotel and Grand Lisboa. The food outlets within the hotel were excellent and certainly value for money. Housekeeping was good and service was prompt. The beds were comfortable and we were able to rest well every evening we stayed there. I will return to this hotel again if I go back to Macau.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. It is great.

Not too bad hotel for The emperor hotel
Good location and reasonable price.
5.3
The hotel location is good. You can take the hotel shuttle from Ferry terminal but have to wait for some time. The room is fine but the restroom not clean enough. Some staff can communicate in English but not very well. Check in-out process take very long time. Even if out time I had checked out in the early morning but still took very long time.

Stayed for 2 nites at executive floor, breakfast was not only disappointing due limited choice but hotel offered the same limited food for both days (4 types of bread, one kind of cheese, one kind of ham and 2 types of cereals)
Complimentary 2 bottles of water daily

Emperor Hotel an alternative hotel in macau
Very near Wynn, Starworld, MGM - just cross the main street and you'll be at the mentioned hotel.
7.3
The Hotel is located strategically, very near the Wynn, Starworld, MGM Hotel, you just have to cross the main street and you'll be at the main lobby of the mentioned Hotel. To avoid waste of time, the front desk should arranged the requests (through internet) of the customer accordingly, our request were adjacent rooms but when we checked in we were assigned to different floors.

The hotel is indeed in the centre of the town, where it is just walking distance from few casino that are quite popular in macau (ie.Grand Lisboa, Wynn),this hotel is convenient for those who want to gamble there. The hotel is clean and quite big, the hotel decoration is nice and comfortable to stay. the hotel's staff is nice, if you have any queries, please feel free to ask them and they will assist you. As an overall view, the hotel is worth to stay. Besides, it is near from the harbour and the airport as well.

a night with the emperor
a night stay in the hotel made my macau trip comfortable and easy. the place is clean, the size of the room is more than adequate for a couple. The penthouse breakfast area has style, serves decent food and access to a nice view of the bridge and the bay. the shuttle bus that took us to the ferry made our trip back to hongkong pleasant.
8.3
my husband and i ferried to macau for an overnight stay. we arrived late afternoon so we were a bit tired. so, it was really comforting to find our room at the emperor to be more than adequate for the two of us - there was a queen sized bed, a couch to relax on, a big screen tv with lots of channels, and big bathroom. although the hotel lobby isnt that attractive, i find the hotel clean. i recommend the penthouse level. it is where the breakfast is served. its interior decor has style, with comfortable and modern furnitures. they serve decent food, and offer a good view of the bridge and waters. on our way back to hongkong, we were advisefd about the hotel's shuttle service. taxis are not easy to come by in macau. not all cab drivers speak english so a shuttle service to the ferry is really a big help. it made our trip back to hongkong pleasant and hassle-free.

Nice place
Nice location, inexpensive
5
This is a nice inexpensive location near most of the casinos and just a few minutes away by taxi to Senado sqaure. The staff at the front desk kept talking & joking w/ each other while entertaining or checking guests. I found this annoying.

Very Very Nice
Spacious Rooms, Nice design, Clean and comfortable, Walking distance to all the big casinos
9.3
Being quite central in the location with a lot of casino's nearby, it is a pretty good catch for such a low price. I wasn't expecting much for that price, but the room was really spacious and they had a glass toilet window which was nice. Bed was nice and there is actually nothing bad about this place. I would recommend this place to anyone else who wants a cheap and nice accommodation.
