Good location with WYNN,STARWORLD,LANDMARK,2 LISBOAs and etc for your casino luxury.
Can even walk from hotel to town if you dare enough ...I walked from A Ma Temple all the way to hotel with great stops,environments and foodies along the street less than 20 minutes.
Hotel is clean,cozy and BIG, a complete opposite after Hong Kong Trip.Relax ,unwind and enjoy your time with family ...also try your luck

Well located...within walking distance of Largo do Senado...as well as many casinos. And a bus stop is close by;....with cheap fares it is easy to get around the island easily.

Clean and comfortable. Well located...and the front desk staff spoke English and were helpful (they booked Turbo Jet fares for us). Easy walking to lots of areas of interest. Also...be aware that there is another Emperor Hotel...we got dropped off at the wrong one...and had to get a taxi to the other. Not a major though
Travel tip:
We had rain while there...so hopped on the local bus and went to Coloane, Taipa and many other places. A cheap, fun way of seeing around...and keeping dry at the same time!

Breakfast is excellent - There are lots of variety offered.
Room size is good for the price we paid.
Excellent Location - There is a bus stop a few steps away that take you to the ferry terminal, casinos and to the city center.
Hotel staff is helpful.
Cons:
Mattresses are very hard.
Rooms with queen size bed is very limited. We have requested 2 rooms with Queen size bed at the point of reservation but were given twin rooms.
We were not advised that we could request for a non-smoking floor which would have been our preference but instead were given a room on a smoking floor.

The entrance to the hotel is located on a small street so it is a little difficult to find. The hotel is nice and clean. The elevators at the hotel had some problems - they would not shut once they reached the third floor. Internet is not free and can only be used in the lobby via a prepaid internet card.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There are many large casinos in the area. If you want to gamble local style, try one of the smaller casinos that are located nearby the hotel. They are usually quite friendly and less crowded.

a value for money hotel, located at a very convenient location. it could be reached by a free coach from the jetty in 10 minutes. walking distance to Casino Lisboa and many eating places. The size of the room is great and the facilities are modern. It is clean as well. Staff are friendly and could speak English and Mandarin.

I am happy with the location of the hotel as it is centrally located in Macau and nearby there are a lot of shops and food outlets.The hotel personnel need to improve on their services to guests like advising them on the free bus transfer to the ferry terminal when guests checked in.There should be more hotel staff who should be able to speak English toassist guests who cannot speak Chinese or Cantonese.Overall it is still a good place to stay as it is conveniently located.

In its entirety, the place was fine. In a scale of 1 to 10, i'd give it a 7. Its location is just within the heart of everything. Checking in was fast, front desk people spoke english well. I just recommend they offer wireless internet connection or at least free internet provisions in the rooms.

Great stay in Emperor Hotel, Macau.
Hotel Room is clean and beautiful but small. Best for lover and honeymoon couple. The front counter staffs are friendly and helpful. The bell boys are helpful too. The best all of them could speak english. Services are good and the place are well kept and clean. Housekeeping service is good. The location of the hotel is good. Opposite the hotel is Landmark hotel which has casino in it. Across the road are Star World hotel and Wynn, both have nice casino in it. Although Emperor hotel does not have casino but the room worth to stay. The hotel also provide shutter bus to ferry station. The location of the hotel is good and many casinos are within walking. There are restaurants and shops nearby.

Bus charges per trip HDK 3.20 per head, make sure you have small notes for ride as no change(machine). You can take bus no 2 and no 5 to famous places such as Leal Senado,Ruins of St. Paul, The A-Ma Temple etc .
Although Emperor hotel does not have casino but the room worth to stay. We were given a deluxe room although is a small room with two single beds. We were expecting a bigger room for deluxe but it is fine with us as we do not spent much time in the room.
The hotel also provide shutter bus to ferry station but not to airport and Zhuhai, China border. If the hotel could provide Free shutter bus to airport and Zhuhai border, would be the best.
We have a wonderful stay in Emperor Hotel and are looking forwards for our next trip there.

Emperor Hotel is a four star hotel with a resonable room rate. It provides many facilities and a very friendly services. Besides that, it located nearby the city/town therefore is more conveninece for us to shopping around the city and Casino too. Room condition is quite clean and comfortable. We will stay in Emperor Hotel for teh next travel to Macau again.
