Big spacious and clean rooms

big spacious room with see through bathroom that was quite a sight to watch, there are blinds nevertheless hence if you're not comfortable with being seen while bathing/ using the toilet, just pull the blinds down.
there is free shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, but if you happen to miss the bus, you can always take the holiday inn bus and walk 2 minutes to emperor hotel (which is just behind). **do note that emperor shuttle bus is just next to holiday inn bus' waiting area. there will be no signboard for you to look at. the mini bus is pink and white fyi.
during my stay, the restaurant is not open for dinner hence we relied alot on room service. the menu is quite boring, with very limited selections. room service also stopped at 11pm which is a con for me.
the biggest draw for us to stay in our room is the wide selection of cable tv. the big comfy bed and history channel kept me and my partner on bed most of the time.
emperor is near wynn hotel. do remember to pop by red8 (the restaurant is in their casino), and order their specialty roasted duck dishes. *thumbs up*

Great hotel - very affordable

Family Suite of Emperor Hotel is really great. Room was enough for a big family. Restaurant inside the hotel was also good but there were lots of people eating lunch even until 1-2 in the afternoon, we ended eating in the VIP room with no additional charge, though it's not that different with the dining area for all but atleast we wont hear the loud conversations of all the other guests.
I have only one comment, not only with Emperor Hotel but as a general comment in Macau. People from that area do not know how to speak in English. You have to do some sign language so they can understand it easily. Had difficulty conversing with the hotel staff in English language.
Travel tip:
Hotel is near Wynn Hotel wherein you can watch the fountain show at night every 15 minutes.
You can also check out earlier and leave your baggage at the concierge and roam around macau before going to the airport. Or if you wish to go to taipa, macau, you can bring along all your luggaes and leave it at the venetian. From venetian, there is free direct bus to the airport.

Lovely hotel and good service
Love the bath tub and good Wifi access

Great stay, spacious room and enjoy your shower in a lovely bath tub. Not much shuttle bus in this hotel but well you can always travel to other bigger hotel for free shuttle bus

Very China Owned Hotel Management

The room size was decent;however, it was not as clean as western-style hotels. The carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was not in very clean condition. I compare this hotel to one you would stay at in China. This has great potential, but the management is definitely lacking.

Great Location
Great location, easily accessible to various places/ tourist attraction

hotel has a good location. easily accessible to other tourist attraction in macau. there is a 24hrs minimart just right across the road which is very convenient.
However the hotel is not very nicely decorated and room looks a bit old.

Great location but small rooms

The buffet breakfast did not have enough selections, no luggage services, shower to slow, there were not enough light in the room, did not deliver new paper in the room, the and the lobby is clean,
lack of ferry terminal transportation,no bell hop to assist with luggage, the price for this type of hotel is a bit high.

Great location but not so clean

Location was great but the room especially carpet was not very clean. The lobby and shuttle service can be improved though. Lobby only has two sofas which was always occupied and shuttle service was not efficient like the other hotels.

Very close to Wynn and Starworld for Texas Holdem players

Acceptable quality with this price

Location is in the center city of Macau. You can walk to Senado square and the tourist attractions. Room is not that small but a bit old. Service is good.

Greaat Rooms and Location

It is not the MGM, Lisboa or the Sands but you can easily get to all. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are great. I did not get breakfast included so I do not know how that went.
Service at the lobby was average.
