so many problems first nobody is available to guide you where is the bus at the ferry station to take you to hotel,secondly in spite of booking a double bed they forced you to take 2 separate beds,very arrogant and non co operative staff at the front desk,room service and house keeping very poor.nobody understand english and response from front desk very bad.

This hotel has a good location but we had the bad experience from here since the first day that is the driver who picked up us from the ferry termination to the hotel. He is very rude and bad manner. We dislike the way he talk to us and the way he drive.. It was so fast and careless. Moreover, when we arrived the hotel, the rooms were not ready even it was 3pm already. We tried to understand and left the luggages then went out. We are very disappointed and we think we will not definitely go back to this hotel.

The Hotel is within walking distance to Starworld hotel and other 5 stars hotel within the area. Very convenient to do high end shopping . Its is also near to eateries if you want simple local delicacies. There are also plenty of convenient shops around to cater for daily necessities. However the lightings in the room is not adequate and bright which recommend some improvments. The service staff though helpful seems not well train on customer service.I have accidental left behind some belongings in my room upon departure but the staff did not pick those things up and inform the cashier when processing my departure. Hope the Hotel can train their staff to not only to check things that guest used and need to pay but also things that guest forget to take upon departure

The Macau city area is a short 20min walk away. Signature casinos like Lisboa, Wynn and MGM are also within walking distance. Eateries and supermarkets are also easily accessible within hotel vicinity.

In the heart of the city, yet still manages to be a quiet hotel. Our room was next to the lift yet this didn't cause us any problems. The staff where helpful and the hotel was clean. The Taxi's seem to know where it is although don't get confused between this and the Grand Emperor Hotel they are completely different Hotels.
Nightlife Tip:
Near the Casino's and Fishermans Wharf where there is a good Thai Restaurant.
