This is a great place to go where peace of mind is ensured.
Great and friendly staff to greet you from the lobby to your doorstep. The check in and out was really easy. The staff at the counter was ever willing to help you around the city and also provided great tips. Will surely stay there the next visit.

The price was right for the hotel room and is located at a very convenient location to all the Macau center and casinos. However, if you are planning to take the shuttle bus to the ferry terminal, remember to inform the counter or the security guard at the entrance. Got quite pissed off when the bus just drove off without stopping and the security guard said that its because no one told him about any passengers wanting to board the bus
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The city is just about 15 minutes walk away.

right in the middle of the most happening place in macau. everything is within walking or one bus ride distance. very big rooms with upgrades. nice breakfast and very helpful staff. language is a problem in mauca with people not understanding english. over all a nice hotel and 100% value for money.

It is very nice that the hotel provides free two bottles of water every day. Many hotels don't provide it. Also, the hotel provides wireless network, though the quality is not very steady sometimes.

The hotel is not located on the main street. Staff can speak english. I booked with agoda stating there was a free mini bar but when we reached the hotel the promo was not given to us. I booked for 3 adults in a room they gave us a double bed and no extra bed until i complained. The extra bed is very small.

It was very nict that when I checked in, they automatically upgrade my room because they ran out of the room with one bigger bed. The best thing is this hotel provides free wireless network. However, the network quality is not very steady. The speed is slow and sometimes you can't download or upload anything.
