the room was so clean, the staff at th hotel was so kind. Whenever we asked something, they tried to help me. The breakfast for excutive room was so extremely simple. we couldn't see any salad among the menus. This hotel is located in the central in Macau.
We didn't need take any transportation to get to travelling sightseeings. Ans this hotel was so clean, we didn't feel troublesome in this hotel.

Centrally located, walking distance from a number of Casinos, reasonably good service at the front desk Not well represented at the Macau Ferry The stay was excellent, the rooms are good though the carpets were a little dirty. The facilities were good and there are a lot of places to go to in the neighbourhood. The only thing they do not do well is advertise the time of the free pick up at the ferry. I spent some anxious minutes trying to figure that out. Also the free transfer only starts at 10 am.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Must vist the Mounte Fortress

nice hotel, staff are courteous and helpful. our room is big enough.nice ,clean and big bed. bathroom amenities are very functional. it is very relaxing to rest after a long tiring trip. 2 free botlled water, coffee and tea. the hotel site has stores nearby ,restaurant and money changer.checking in is very fast and easy. free airport pick up ,bus shutlle are also avalble in front of the htl. the hotel is not prominently visible. it is a bit confusing to look for the hotel because of the name. Grand Emperor hotel and Emperor hotel are two different hotel. hotel staff are alert , courteous and helpful. The rooms are big enough for a standard type. it is very relaxing to stay in this hotel after a long tiring trip. we were able to go around Macau for free. we started from riding the hotel free shuttel buses and continued to do to every casinos and tour sights that we visited
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : when in macau it is good to start your trip going around senado square and do some shopping and sightseeing in the morning and after lunch rest for a while at your hotel and leave your packages in your room. then see and enjoy the nightlife and try your luck at the casinos.

1. Location is very good -- walking distance to bigger hotels like lisboa, mgm and wyn
2. Convenient - shuttle available every 30 mins which goes to the ferry terminal where you can take free shuttles to almost any where in the city
3. Room was cozy 1. Front desk people were in slow and unfriendly.

3. No casino at the hotel The emperor hotel is quite conveiently located. It is right at the heart of the city and walking distance to major hotels / casinos like Lisboa, Grand Emperor, Wynn and MGM grand. It has a shuttle that comes by every 30 mins to take you to and from the Ferry terminal where it is very conveneint to take other free shuttles to practically anywhere in the city. The breakfast has a small assortment and does not vary from day to day but decent. The hotel has quite limited amenities, no pool and no casino but over all, if you dont plan to spend so much time at the hotel, this is definitely a value for money choice.
Restaurant Tip : If you're tired of hotel breakfast, there a nice porridge place just at the next corner which is very reasonable priced. Make sure to try their pork chup bun apart from their porridge.

this is a nice hotel..full of hospitality.at downtown and easy to reach...surround by the downtown enviroment easy to go every well...like this hotel and will recommend to friend...

Close to multiple casino, walking distance to toursit attraction. Spacy Room Breakfast served same food for 2 days and not much variety. Checking in late and was upgraded to Deluxe Room. Room Spacy and Clean. Nearby a lot of shop to walk around and also local food to enjoy

Convenient location, appropriate room size and clean. We were having a pleasant stay. Hotel location is perfect, within walking distance & easily access to few major casinos and hotels in Macau city. Room condition is good too, clean cum not smelly, appropriate size and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our booking not included breakfast thus no chance to taste their breakfast.
Overall this hotel is value for money.

Clean, near to the happening places, near to the ferry terminal Little problems with the front office staff for communication, break fast was bit expensive for the amount paid.
The over all experience with the Emperor hotel was good, we could easily locate the Hotel, and the rooms were clean and were spacious. We had selected the executive room with the complimentary breakfast; it was bit expensive for the amount paid. But all the happening places in Macau are with in walk able distance form the hotel.

location, spacious clean rooms,inexpensive the beds are very firm. certain areas of the corridor smell and the carpet stained. most of the staff have a difficulty communicating in english. the hotel is nicely located and in a safe area. it is just practically across the wynn hotel. the sands, lisboa and grand lisboa is within a 10min walking distance. senado square is a 15-20min walk from the hotel. the bus stop is a block away and so are inexpensive eateries frequented by locals that are open 24 hours. the rooms are quite spacious for their cost. the rooms and bathroom are clean. although,the beds are quite firm.some of the staff have difficulty communicating in english.
Restaurant Tip : a block away on the corner of rua de paquim and rua de xangia are 2 small eateries that offer inexpensive meals. these eateris are frequented by locals for breakfast and late night snacks

price. location. nice clean rooms. beds are hard. staff have difficulty speaking in english booked a suite room for my dad and my brother. they were quite contented with the room which was clean but just slightly bigger than a standard room. the hotel may not be located adjacent to the senado square but is was just 10mins away by bus and 20 min by walking. the bus stop was just a block away from the hotel, making travelling around the different locations convenient. there were inexpensive eateries nearby and so are convenient stores. the buffet breakfast had very limited choices.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : although the hotel has a shuttle to and from the ferry terminal to hongkong but is only available from 9am to 12mn. when arriving late from hongkong and the hotel shuttle is not available, just take the shuttle to the wynn hotel and from the wynn hotel just cross the street to the emperor hotel.

Excellent value for a quick, cheap stop Executive breakfast was very disorganised We have stayed at the Emperor several times now. for a short stopover from Hong Kong, it offers a cheap, convenient and good-value option. The little extra for the executive floor, including breakfast, is well worth it.
