Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Functional hotel with all you need.
Great location, newly renovated rooms.

the forson has a great location right across the street from the larger ponte 16. restaurants, convenience stores all nearby. the lobby is currently under renovation, but the rooms are newly renovated and so there is no better bargain.
Nightlife Tip:
Just walk straight down the road to the Grande Lisboa to be in the middle of all the nightlife.

location and nothing else
Cheapest in the neighborhood.

very difficult to locate. literally a hole in the wall. lobby is horrible but room is okay. staff was courteous and knew a little english.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very near a bus stop. The trick is to know which buses stop there and which tourist destinations these buses go to. You save money on taxi which is very expensive.

Old, but clean. Basically it is not so bad as some said. The room is alright, but the lobby is shocking to me. One thing is the staff cannot speak English at all. You have to guess from the hand language, though it is acceptable.

You get what you pay for
Outside from the Down Town Place

This hotel is located the end part of Macau so is far from Down Town and Cotai Strip , is next to Sofitel Point 16. The room is small... but all is in order . The hotel price in Macau has gone up a lot the last few years and is expensive to have a room in Macau this days. But again are you in a budget this hotel is good value.

Fabulous Location but tiny rooms
7.7
Arrived at hotel and was promply greeted and checked in, although very little english could be spoken by the check in staff.
Was given room key and pointed to elevator direction, wow.... the elevator was just a box covered with wood - my wife and I assume this was to protect the interior metal claddings from getting damaged. Took elevator to 4th floor and noticed the 2 rooms - ours and another side by side as they are normally and opened the door to a beautifully presented room, very modern, clean and bright, excellent bed linen and bathroom towels.
Views outside were those that we are already familiar with in the Philippines so had no problems with that. Room was a little tiny but lucky my wife and I are not large people.
We undertook many walks from the hotel and discovered many great historical buildings in the area and some local shops were open 24/7, a fabulous Casino was also located nearby. Most of the larger mainstream Casinos were more down town location but we enjoyed walking, at all times of the day/night. We felt safe at all times. There were many restaurants including the world famous fast food chain type and numerous computer/electronic/clothing stores in the area. All seemed well patronised with the many visitors that were in the area.
We would suggest that if you need a large room then choose elsewhere however if small, comfy and budget conscious then this hotel is better than some other we have stayed at.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the stroll and enjoy the abundant nightlife. Nearly every thing you want is close at hand.

Newly renovated hotel rooms
Close to St Paul Ruins, Clean room
6.7
Hotel entrance and lift are still under renovation and thus might give an odd impression upon check in. However the rooms are fully renovated and clean. Value for money given that the hotel is close the St Paul Ruins.
