The hotel is not quite famous- we had a hard time asking for directions. Luckily, we met some Filipinos who lived nearby and escorted us to the hotel from the airport. The Hotel Lobby is fairly impressive. The receptionist is very accommodating despite her difficulty in understanding and speaking English. The room is cozy and clean and has complete facilities. The linens are also neat.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Switching the aircon off will trigger the FIRE ALARM!!!

This is the worst room I have ever come across in SE Asia. It was cold in the nite and heating system was not working. When I called the staff, it was told me that heater is not working in all rooms. The room condition was too bad and it is not fit to call this hotel 3-star.
Staff doesn't know English very well but it was friendly and extend help to me when I needed the guidance to tour around the city.

First Stop in Macau
staff were all very nice, extremely i dare to say

I must say that the photos may trick you a little bit about the rooms but, despite the fact that it was a inner room with a very tiny window with no views at all, it was quite confy.
Everything was super clean, clean sheets, they even had slippers, shampoos, brushes....mega flat screen and internet...which wasn't working!!
The staff was really helpful.

Hotel location is good and near to many shopping outlets.

Hotel is within walking distance to many shopping outlets and there is a night bazaar which operates daily. There are a variety of different kind of food that suits everybody. The rooms are small and the beds are rock hard. Staff are approachable but would be better if they greet the customer with a smile.

The location of the hotel is in the poorer part of Macau. The hotel cleanless of the rooms and quality of furniture is below standard. Noise level from the hallways can be heard very clearly in the bedrooms. The star rating of hotel is 2 1/2 to 3 star rating.

One Night in FHGD Hotel in Macau

Stayed one night, rooms are big enough, bathroom/toilet is not so good, In morning, I discovered they forget to keep bath towel..!! Beds are very hard, located in city market area..lots of shops around but far from main location...it takes 10-15 min by taxi to reach any good casino hotel.Staffs are helpful but language is the problem sometime.
