Great hotel with majestic lobby

We like this hotel because it's new, the main attraction in the lobby is the fountain with the giant diamond in the center. We also had fun swimming in the pool and the man made beach. They also provide shuttle service to many locations. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

good securities, safe for kids.

you must be good at mandarin, only english can't be survived. foods and services are expensive, some not worth of value;especially, buffet at festiva. all swimming pools are safe with shallow water and lifeguards. other than aforesaid dissappointments, hotel is good for relaxing for days, even within hotel only.
Restaurant Tip:
Most of restaurants are good, don't ever walk in Festiva: food and services are really terrible. Barbecue Pork and goose in food court are very good. The Japanese fast foods and snack house next to McDonald's are terrific.

A fantastic experience during the start of check-in at the hotel. The staff are very polite and let's me to extend the check-out time up to 1pm since I had a business meeting until 12 noon.
They also offered free soft drinks and nuts in room although I only drank 2 cans of coke...
I did not use other hotel leisures such as big swimming pool but it worths to try next visit.
The only thing dislike is the hotel location, quite far away from local area of macau but they have taxi all available.

Had a great time staying over night. Even though the room itself is not as big as those at Venetians but this is a more convenience hotel access to all facilities. Hotel provides free mini bar and wifi which was impressive.One thing can raise up is not easy to get taxi at hotel for unknown reason. Had to wait for certain time everytime. A good experience there anyway that i would recommend ppl.

I expected this hotel should be better than Venetian hotel but i am wrong. This hotel building looks nice, but when you look at small details, some are even very cheap. Like the bath, shampoo is only normal standard. Inside room without any tissue box. Most lamp switches need hand off. Room is not expected big.
Maybe for hotel facility go to Banyan tree will be much better.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
very near to local market with a lot food.

We wanted to get away for a weekend of doing nothing but chilling by the pool. The Galaxy Macau did not disappoint! A wave pool, a (semi) heated pool, three jacuzzis(!) and as little a crowd as we dared hope for. The rooms are what you'd expect for the prize. There is a decent number of food options. Not much shopping and zero party scene - the only club onsite is members only.
We will most certainly return and it would be for the pools.
