Great family hotel with an awesome pool

This is our 2nd time at the hotel and we brought another couple and their child along. They also loved it. The pool is great as it has facilities for small and bigger children. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are huge and well maintained. The hotel itself is only a few years old thus really up to date. It is attached to a casino so if you want to try your luck you can do so as well. Overall great hotel and we will come here again.

Nightlife Tip:
Casino is close to Vegas - you can have fun at the tables...Not everyone is a professional gambler!

i have booked the "galaxy" room. it is spacious, clean and similar to the room picture they showed in the web. it's with a nice and open view. have free wifi in room. bed is very comfortable.
the hotel has provided many shuttle buses to different locations/hotels in macau but should increase the frequency of the bus service. always long queue for the bus and it's difficult to get taxi there.
the "fast check out" service" is highly appreciated! i just need to fill up the card and leave it in the drop box at the lobby, no need to queue up for check out. and then i receive the bill by email in the same evening.

We arrived at 10 am and tried to check in. Receptionist was very courteous and helpful. We managed to get a confirmation number for easier check in at noon.
Conceige was helpful. Room very clean and we had a nice view facing the wave and swimming pool.
Housekeeping good and efficient. Shuttle bus was convenient especially to Border Gate(Zhuhai) the bus stopped us right at the immigration. Overall, hotel and casino is nice and convenient with many food restaurant.
Will definitely return to the hotel on my next visit.
Travel tip:
Shuttle Bus is convenient to most tourist spots, so no need to take taxi at all. Timing also good. Can just spend all your time at the hotel with many good restaurant especially the yum cha just connected to the casino.

i'd said this is the best hotel i have stayed . the room is big and nicer than venetian hotel. this hotel just opened about a year ago. the staffs are friendly. my husband and i enjoyed the stay there. i will come back again.
Shopping Tip:
They have their own casino and it is very big too. Shopping also.
