rooms size is just nice for a stay

my room just below the on going renovation work , very noisy during day time, can't really rest during day time,even complaint made to the front desk manager.Very disapointed with thw hotel.The shoudn't have rent out this room in the first place.Due to this incident,i really didn't have a good rest.

a fine scent hotel with good service and clean.
that's a new five star hotel with a beautiful surroundings and really fascinating swimming beach pool. rooms are clean and complimentary of mini bars for the first day staying at the hotel and also free of tea or coffee. food court has a wide choice. the beach pool and surroundings, look very beautiful when viewed from the balcony. i'd like to say that the galaxy hotel is impressing. i 'll looking for a chacne to stay here again.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile.
Good illumination in typical corridor of the hotel which make customers feel comfort returning to room at small hours. Good design for bathroom

To check out before 11 am is too early. When using washing basin in room, it is too easy for customer to get wetted. Choices for dining are OK. The ambience of the casino is much better than Hard Rock. A short stay in Macau, say 1 to 2 days is recommended.
Restaurant Tip:
Tsui Wah Restaurant is a good place for dining. It is convenient for travelers to buy sourvenir in the arcade.

The hotel is nice, everything is fine, but the most things i dun like is , need to check out early (11.30am), normally the hotel that i stayed, they can extened to 1pm or 2 pm , even i do late check in at the midnight, they did not allow to extend little longer.

The hotel looks very new and the decoration is very nice. We feel very comfortable to stay in this hotel. The hotel offers several shuttle buses to go to different spots, which is very convenient. The staff are very polite and friendly. We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel.

Lovely Hotel and with good service
Easy to go anywhere in Macau with Hotel Shuttles

Stayed there for 3 days. Great Hotel with good service. Only small complaint was the check-in was a bit slow. But this is also due to unreasonable customer questions during check-in. Suggest that any questions (for eg where to go in Macau, how, etc ) should not be handled by checkin staff during busy check-in hours.
