I enjoyed my one night stay at the Galaxy. The rooms are very clean and very nice. I did have one complaint about the elevators. You need to leave time to wait for the elevators. They have six but only one works. Not sure why they only have one turned one! It meant 20 people fitting in one elevator at a time and waiting a long time for it to arrive.

check in during peak hour may take longer time, and free shuttle to sin ma lo and old Tampa village always long queue. Other than that are all perfect! Will definitely go back again!! I love this hotel! They prepare a cake for our anniversary and ask what time can send to our room, the cake came exactly the time that I requested! Amazing service!

My stay was good, everything matched my expectation except the room I paid for was somehow not available at 3pm when I was ready to check in, so they gave me a room with garden view instead of city view. We wanted a quick fresh up so we had no time to wait and had to accept, but given the check in time is 3pm, i would expect the room is ready.
