the hotel is great, it small so good inside
they have shuttle bus that would take you around the city every 15 mins

i enjoyed my stay at galaxy macau a highly recommend this hotel, staff are friendly and accommodating, the smell of the hotel is soothing , ive never seen a hotel that smells like a perfume inside i love it . they have shuttle buses that take and you up around the city.

no comment for this galaxy hotel, we so like it and also will stay here again.. room clean and beautiful. stay here, not noisy so suitable. every night around 8.30pm got show at lobby, the show so grand and so beautiful, i like it. u never try this hotel, u never know. macau person also said beautiful macau hotel is galaxy hotel..

The casino and hotel are heavily aimed at the domestic/ mainland tourism market. The service levels are certainly not of a international hotel standard, english was unavailable available at several of the food outlets and the casino's sole focus was gambling and gambling loyalty programs, vip lounges and such. As distinct from Las Vegas which also has good bars, night clubs and event facilities.
On a minor but irritating note, the 'complementary minibar' consisted of some soft drinks and 2 local beer cans which I consider to be a scam.
The operator needs to desperately research how major hotels are meant to be run because it appears these guys don't have much of a clue for what they are charging.

Bright, Cheerful and friendly Hotel
Nice & Comfortable Rooms, Good Service and Good Transportation Services To Lots Of Places.

I stayed 5 days at Galaxy and as compared to others that I have stayed, I like Galaxy being very bright and comfortable- a feeling that is above all others. The rooms are nicely done up and the swimming pools are amongst the best.
The transportation is so very convenient that we can go to practically anywhere and the hotel provides all the buses.
The food cater by the restaurants in the hotel is good and very suitable for our tastes. Particularly the Hong Kong cafe, I believe is called "Shui Hua". This cafe serves good food like the ones found in Hong Kong and offers reasonable prices.
We are happy with our stay at Galaxy and will not hesitate to stay there again in our next trip.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Buses that take you direct to the hotel are available from the airport when you arrive.
Try to get the rooms with the pool view as it is fascinating and try swimming in the "wave pool" quite an experience.
The Chinese food served in the hotel restaurant are good and complete. It's worth giving it a try.

i arrive hotel at 1.30pm and request 2 non-smoking room with swimming pool view. i was sad with they’re dishonest because 1 of the room they give me is not facing swimming pool.. and i was totally pissed-off with they’re check-in service because the second room is ready at “5.45pm”. i wasted 3 hours to have my room and i have no more extra time to enjoy the pool and other facilities.

hotel is quite big lol that can make you feel tired when you will go back to your room or go somewhere in the hotel. better have some little car to send clients from point to point lol
but everything here is very nice,, good smell
and free mini bar as well. when you want to go somewhere you can take shuttle bus of hotels
buses are cover all places you want to go
and receptionist at the macau port is very nice. he took my baggage and send me at the shuttle bus. that's nice service i have never net before.
love it and and want to back to stay here again

the stay at this galaxy hotel was awesome! firstly, the services that we received over at the hotel was good! staff are polite and friendly and they do their best to help you in everything that you need be it at the check-in counter or the concierge. they greet you whenever they see you. then comes the room which is totally wonderful and satisfactory! large, huge, comfortable beds with nice spacious open concept toilet. tv is huge and have lots of channels for you to view. the food and beverage off the counter in the room are complimentary. facilities were cool too. they have a movie theatre that airs current movie for interested guest to watch but on a side note its payable. still its convenient. they have a wave pool too that also have a man-made beach. cool! shuttle bus services also made it easier for us to travel around macau. all in all a satisfactory experience we all agreed on!
