Nice Hotel
Hotel is new and has a great wave pool; there are a lot of good restaurants across the street

our overall stay was good with the exception of getting getting waken up by the sound of construction on our 2nd day. the duty manager, carmen, was very accommodating though and immediately transferred us to a quieter room.

free mini bar items came as a nice surprise. if you stay here you will have to check out their free shuttle bus service. there must have been like 10 routes taking you to & from almost all places you want to visit in macau. the buses depart quite frequently too.
second stay here. will definitely be here again.
Restaurant Tip:
their korean restaurant is great. shops in food court are all mini versions of the famous originals.

i really enjoyed my stayed there, eventhought the location is far from the downtown, they have shuttle bus to take you there free of charge, if you miss the ride you just wait for 30 minutes only for the next bus, the staffs are polite and helpful, we have nice experience in staying there.

We enjoyed our stay at Galaxy hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the interior design was grand. Casino is just located at the ground level. The casino is a little quiet.

We had a wonderful experience during our 2-day stay. The diamond showcase with multi-colored lights, fountain plus music was totally spectacular!!!The heated pool was one-of-a-kind. The Grand Resort deck wave pool was so amazing & twas fun for kids.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Heated pool is a must try! Hotel is also equipped with a shuttle bus that can transfer you from one hotel to another.

The hotel is excellent in many aspects. It is not at all pricey considering its five-star rating. Food choices are good. The only letdown is they close their breakfast buffet by 10 am. For late starters, this is a bit too early. On the other hand, everything, including the gym, opens only by 8 am. This is too late for early risers. The gym should have longer operating hours, say from 6 am to 10 pm.

Checking in was fast. Staff is friendly. Room is big and the unique was the toilet with glass could look thru the bedroom. While soaking inside the bathtub you could watch tv without leaving the bathtub. I stayed at 31 foor which our room facing the venitian hotel. Had a great time staying there
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The have shuttle bus to bring you around the island. Take the open top bus to most attractions
