The hotel provides free shuttle service to all tourist destinations in Macau. The room was neat and the view is good. The staff are really friendly here and the service is great.

Very Luxury Hotel
The decorations makes you feel like the king

Visited this place with a friend from Japan. (I am from Hong Kong.)
Paid for a high-level room with a early-booking deal. The view is alright. (Too bad it fogged the whole night.)
As you would expect from one of the newest Macau Hotels, the service is good, the decorations and everything else make you feel like the king. Also, very comfy bed.
To my surprise, the soft drinks in the fridge and the snacks are free. Just a little thing but already made me feel like the hotel is not trying to rip every penny off you.
Of course, full of high-end brand shops.
Didn't try any of the shuttle buses since I have a local friend to drive me around.
Didn't try the restaurants as well. I prefer trying what the locals have.

Great Hotel with good service

The hotel is very big, beautiful and with a nice garden. The service is very nice. The rooms are quite specious and free with mini bar. There are a lot of nice restaurants with good service. The location is quite good, near by the venitian hotel and the city of dream.

Really enjoyed this new hotel. Room was very nice and the hotel facilities were more than adequate, in fact very appealing with the wide array of food options, cinema, casino and wave pool. Very polite and helpful staff

Great location in luxurious style

galaxy hotel is located in cotai, a great location with only few minutes ride from the pier, walking distance to food street with lots of local eateries which are 'must-try'. the free shuttle bus is great and frequent, and the facilities are luxurious, staff is professional and polite, a 5 star hotel! will recommend it to friends, and will definitely come back, probaly trying other hotel in galaxy macau, like banyan tree.

this was our first trip to Macau, and the Galaxy made it all the more memorable, It's a really beautiful hotel. Just too bad we missed the laser show and the fountain show at the lobby.
Also it was March when we went so it was cold and a bit foggy - wave pool was closed.
There are a lot of shops - but not all were pricey. There was a mcdonalds there and a small food court. I liked this hotel better than the Venetian.
food in the bar ref is free - although it isn't much.

Beautiful hotel from outside
Casino inside the hotel which is very convenience.

the room is not very impressive for the rate we are paying. the service at the reception is very slow. i was disapointed when the reeeption told me the check in time is 3pm(this is normal) but the check out time is 11am which is not standard.

Great hotel! Best value for stay. Hotel lobby was brillion with diamond fountain. Free transport provided for major locations. Very near to airport!
The only dissappointment is that the sky beach as closed or maintenance.Only re-opened sometime April 2012.
Overall very satisfiying.
