the galaxy hotel really amazed me in many aspects; they have a friendly and helpful staff, the views are absolutely breathtaking especially the beach pool, and their service is really great. they also have a very convenient shuttle bus service. this is absolutely one of the best experience in Macau.

We really enjoy a night in this hotel. Room looks big and very comfortable.
Complemental tea and coffee sackets and a bowl of mee and a small tin of potato chips were provided.
The staff were helpful and approachable.

The stay at Galaxy Macau was great. The room was alright, clean and comfortable. Many shuttle bus service was provided. The only problem was the room wifi was unstable, it will automatic disconnect after a while. You need to reconnect to wifi every 15 mins interval.

We really liked the stay at Galaxy Macau, though the bath tube parfum smell all around sometimes is a little too much. specially when going to dine.
But it has good atmosphere all around the Casinos. If you want to relax just try the roof top beach with wave pool. It feels like at the beach. and so easy to access.
Breakfast was also superb. especially the sweet zone
