They provide free shuttle bus service to various locations which is very convenient. Shops, pharmacy and restaurants can be easily found in the hotel. There is also a cinema too. Activities provided like Yoga class which suits me and cup cake baking class & bouncy castle for my kid. It is really a great place for relaxing.

The place is very accessible to all the things I needed,restaurants and shopping places. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They are willing to extend help anytime. The room is neatly kept and cozy. The restaurant is affordable and good. I enjoyed my breakfast with such a wide selection and great food.

the shops in the galaxy hotel side of the complex are more down-to-earth as they do not just focus on the luxury brands, and you can enjoy normal town-shopping and the food court also adds a bit of variety to the f&b outlets.

Restaurant Tip:
Don't forget to buy snacks from outside. There is no convenient store nearby.

Have free shuttle bus from pier to hotel. Speedy check-in. Free wifi at room and can enjoy food and drinks from the mini bar for free. Washroom is big but the "wall" is made of glass, and the door cannot be locked. Not suitable for non-couples to live in.

My stay in macau was awesome! Had fun with my kids and had a very great rest. Will always be back at galaxy macau. It's the best hotel in macau for me, everything is in there, shopping, parks and etc.
