Great hotel with fantastic rooms.
Very classy, comfortable, good customer service and very convenient bus service.

This is my third time staying in this hotel.First time was with my husband, second with my lady friends and this time with my family. We were upgraded to a Galaxy Suite with an extra bed at arrival when they cannot allocate me the room that I have booked.
Was very happy and satisfied with the service!! Will definitely come back again!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Good bus service for sight seeing. This hotel also has a fantastic outdoor wave pool.

Efficient staff at the reception made checking in and out very convenient.
Casino gives guests free credit to play with at the Casino to "try out your luck". Quite fun.
Very nice rooms, big beds with modern facilities and very clean.

we were welcomed by a grand presentation in the hotel lobby. nice presentation, staff are helpful and friendly, but there are not much shopping in galaxy. There are shuttle buses provided by the hotel to bring you to shopping areas and also sightseeing. it is very convenient to travel.
the room is comfortable and clean. alot of amenities which i like.

we spent our honeymoon in this hotel, and everything was fantastic! the room, design, lobby, hospitality, casino, food, shop, everything! you won't even want to leave this hotel. they also gave us not one, but two 'happy honeymoon' cake, maybe more if we want to.. we highly recommend this hotel whenever you'd like to visit Macau. such a great hotel!
