Spacious rooms, able to give us interconnecting as a family. Beautiful beach swimming pool. Superlative customer service.

Galaxy provides bus transport services frequently to all major tourist locations of Macau, including other hotels. Did not need to spend any money on taxis. Service provided by all staff was excellent and they should be commended on this. Swimming pool is huge and is a sandy beach with waves every half hour. Dining options could be improved, however there was even a mcdonalds in the hotel which classified the hotel as a winner with my teenage boys. There are also casual dining options as well as fine dining. Would have liked to see more retail though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you love live performances, a must see is the house of dancing water show at the City of Dreams hotel. Try to get into the first four rows if you don't mind getting wet. (Towels provided). Excellent show and the hotel again, puts on a free shuttle bus direct to this hotel.

This hotel is a standout and is beyond expectations. Someone on every corner is able to assist. They preempt needs. Facilities new, refreshing and relaxing. Couldnt want for more. Better than the Venetian in terms of layout, proximity of facilities to rooms and service. Absolutely brilliant - faultless.

The hotel is luxurious. The mand made beach and waves ollk and feel so real. I love the displays in the lobbies especially the Fortune Diamond though the huge lantern was not very impressive as it was not sufficiently lighted up. Shuttle service is very convenient. The staff is attentive and helpful. There are many eateries with a wide choice of food.
Travel tip:
Best to stay on weekdays as weekend rates are much higher.

I asked staff to do various things for me (eg find the Ryder Cup on TV) and they were always very helpful. The check in/out process was excellent and quick with the check in lady taking time to give a full briefing on the hotel which was helpful as it is vast. There is a vast swimming pool complex whihc looked impressive but I sadly did not have time to use.

Awesome hotel, would definitely return here. The hotel is only a 3 minute walk from the metro station and travelling to/from airport is very easy. The breakfast area is very nice with lots of choice in food. It is also in close proximity to the Bund and Yuyuan garden and the old town. In the neighbourhood there are people dancing and playing mahjong.

A perfect hotel. The artificial beach is unique in Macau which waves. The hotel room has great facilities, both shower and bathtub with transparent glass wall through which you can watch the television while taking a rubble bath.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Must try the artificial beach, or visit it even if you don't swim.

Booked a room for one night at galaxy, the service of the hotel is excellent, very attentive and friendly staff. Also been to other hotels i.e. venetian, sands etc. Obviously the casino, and facilities are not as good as galaxy. I will visit galaxy again!!
