Nice Hotel But Small Room

the hotel is very nice except for the small room and non-wifi. the location , for me is the best so far among the hotel's i've stay in. very near macau ferry, bus are also easy access. the restaurant nearby are also great & cheap. overall , i'm satisfied and we'll be coming back here.

- it was a nice hotel. the location was amazing and the hotel itself is quite nice. the staff was friendly,quick and the service was good. there was always english speaking front officer on duty.
- comfortable clean room with minibar fridge at reasonable cost, value for money
- plenty chinese restaurant around the the hotel , quite tasty and with reasonably priced. the hotel cafe/restaurant have also a good selection of food
cons:
- the bed is very hard, almost like sleeping over wodden bed
- internet connection is sluggish, very annoying .
- no heater, so freezing.
- good only for bussiness

pros :
-we like the location and value for money, the room are quite modern and clean.
-the staff were so helpful and there always staff could speak english.
-hotel restaurant was serving good buffet breakfast & dining
-plenty restaurants around the hotel, open 24 hrs.
cons:
-the promised internet connection provided in the room is extremely slow no wi-fi provided and it was very disappointed.
-the hotel do not provide heater which can be quite cold at night and they just gave extra blanket to overcame the freezing situation.
