The GOld bar at lobby looks very grand. Breakfast is good. Can buy discount tickets for ZAIA. Service not profesional, i asked 3 ppls where is the breakfast and 3 ppls give me different anwers. Overall the hotel stay is good. The lobby looks grand with the 78kg gold bar..... Breakfast is good also with a lot of choice like western food, dim sum, fired mee, salad. ANother bonus is this hotel sell ZAIA ticket with 10% discount. BTW ZAIA is the circus show in Venation Hotel. But becareful as the ticket sell in this hotel is just a voucher, u need to go to Venatian Hotel to confirm the seats.

service level acceptable. convenience. room air circulation is bad. room cleaniness is not up to standard. got smell. generally the hotel standard are average, but base on the price tag, is it definitely no worth the stay. The breakfast spread is also limited, however the service staff attitude is good and that's make up some difference. Internet assess is also limited to only 4 hrs, which personally i think is should provide free since the hotel rate is above average.

Buffet Breakfast, Clean & Great location. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I was really impressed with the service and how clean the hotel was maintained. Great location if you are visiting the historical sites. I didn't get to visit the casino so no comment on that. Overall, Great Value! If you choose not to stay there, at least go visit the lobby. The lobby is an attraction on its' own. The hotel offers free shuttle buses to the ferry and airport terminal which is great if you have a big group.
