A modern hotel with helpful and attentive staff

It was an enjoyable experience staying at Grand Emperor Hotel. I was here for business and needed to go to Business Center, due to urgent matters. Met a very attentive staff,who is the Assistant Guest Service Manager. She learned of the urgency and offered her assistance. Problem solved within 10 mins.
