location in the heart of town.easy shuttle bus service fom pier to hotel and from hotel to venetian and city of dreams.
small food joints near hotel. check in was speedy. staff were helpful in giving advice about places of interest and restaurants.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Fairly posh lobby. Rooms were big. Cleaniness was average.

Convenient location, free shuttle between the ferry station and hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel staff was friendly, patient and courteous. They even upgraded my room voluntarily as the room that I booked was not yet available.
Travel tip:
There are good local food such as meat bun at the back of the hotel across the street. There is a free shuttle bus station which takes you to City of Dream.

The Hotel was in a good location, we walked everywhere and could explore the other casinos nearby and Senado Square. The room in the hotel was on a non smoking floor and was big, comfortable and clean. The shower was also great. We paid for breakfast one morning and were disappointed with the choice and felt it wasn't good value for money. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the Ferry Terminal which was convenient when we were leaving the hotel.

First of all, I must have to say that the location of this hotel is very accessible, close to anywhere you want to go, it's almost Iike in the middle of the town. Everything is within walking distance.
Then, I also must have to say that the lobby with piles of gold being stepped on from the entrance into the fountain, which is grand. Service in concierge is good. But bad things comes, when checking in, they requires me to pay a deposit, and it can be reclaimed when checking out by only a thin pink slip they gave me that time. And we were wondering what is the reason they need to do so, probably is to earn extra because of accidentally losing the slip.
We stayed in the 16/F, which is a smoking floor, and it really smells really really REALLY bad even in the corridor. Oh gosh. It gets better when it's in the room. But there are still big traces of smokes
Inside the room, the room is not as luxurious as it looked in photos, or compared with the lobby. Bed is a bit wet, probably due to the high humidity inside the room. It's not well lit. Hardwares like light switches, bath tub, is not well designed. Outside window, it's a construction site. Inside the room, a piece of mess.
But after all, its still fair to stay in for a short period, but I definitely won't be there for the next time.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't always trust guide books. Some nicely described restaurants might not seems to be so glamourous as it is. Go for some local Portuguese restaurants. Most of them are nice.

We arrive from HK to Macau Ferry Terminal, there is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel, just show your booking.
At the reception, the check-in was fast and the room was ready on-time although I need to follow-up on the extra bed twice.
Overall, the hotel is very clean.
The hotel is located in the main island/city so foods and shops are very accessible by walking.
At the back of the hotel is Sintra, where a free bus going to Cotai/Taipa (City of Dreams) is stationed and leaves every 30 mins. I can pay more expensive hotels but I rather stay again in this great hotel.
Shopping Tip:
All shopping areas are within walking distance, however if you plan to go farther, bus station are also near the hotel.
There are free shuttle bus going to Venetian, City of Dreams and Galaxy in Cotai, just find where is the pick-up point but it's surely within walking distance from this hotel

good location, close to other big casino, wynn. also walking distance to the ruins of st. paul (the façade of a church that was the first home of the jesuits in china) and close to shopping areas. the hotel room was massive with big bath room however the bed was not clean.

the hotel is in a great location for visitors interested in the ruins of st. paul area. the hotel staff is very polite. the buffet restaurant on the 9th floor is inexpensive and the food there is good in quality and diversity. overall this is a hotel i will return in the future.
Shopping Tip:
The department store next door has a supermarket for snacks and drinking water.
