quite surprising hotel !!
beautiful decor excellent staff and service rooms spacious and very well serviced and well priced,

all quite good we travel quite a lot and have stayedf in many macau hotel over the past years, the decor id=s wonderful and all staff excellent with the exception of the breakfast staff, one lady at the front desk Carmen was educated in the states ans is really helpful and nice.
I caan reccommend this hotel for travellers it is also in a very central part of Macau easy walking to all parts of Macau

This is a nice hotel to stay in. The service is great. Polite and helpful front desk staff is ready to help you find your way around town. A nice touch is that the hotel will provide you with free but limited cold drinks (beer and sodas) in your room, along with the usual coffee/tea. What’s interesting is also that the hotel will provide you with a firmer pillow if you require them.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal and airport. Do check with the hotel for timing before your arrival.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The front desk recommended a day tour of Macau which turned out to be very good. The room was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Only main downfall is that the casino wasn't very good if that's what you're after but the location was great. Approximately 10 min walk to Grand Lisboa and Senado Square. 5 min walk to Margaret's Cafe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Join a day tour of Macau. The tour can be found at the Macau Tourism office at the ferry terminal. Make sure you join the one that is supported by the Gov'mt of Macau. Cost was only $118 MOP/HK which included the entrance to the Macau Tower (which is approx $80 MOP alone).

Very disappointed on no late check out even their check in time is 3pm. The room size is okay. Decoration is not bad. The facilities in the room are okay to meet for requirements. Nothing exceed more than expectation. Price is slightly high. The pilliows are too soft and not well-supportive. Sometimes the elevator is needed to wait for too long.
Restaurant Tip:
Have food court at opposite side of hotel. Convenience.

Excellent service - hotel staff actually bring us out to show us where to take the free shuttle to City of dreams. Very grand interior. There are real gold bar embedded on the hotel lobby flooring. Spacious room with king size bed. The Hotel is near to the main tourist attraction such as the Ruins of St Paul & Senado Square. There is a 7-11 opposite and Yoahan Shopping complex is next to the hotel. Free bus shuttle to City of Dreams & Venetian is at the Hotel Sintra accross the road. Free Wifi is limited to 4 hours after which there will be charges.

The stay was general good. Location is ner pier. Provides transfers from pier to hotel and hotel to pier. Walking distance to the square and near other places of interest. Good Stay. Breakfast is good!
