1.good strategic location.

1.good strategic location, walking distance to senado square, Ruins of St. Paul and other famous casinos(i.e. lisboa, wynn & MGM).
2.hotel staff are friendly and helpful, staffs are ready everywhere to deliver help.
3.spacious & clean room, King size bed, big LCD screen, shower room & bath tub provided, nice view from the room window.
4.luxurious lobby, thumbs up, remember to step on the gold bars at the entrance foyer.
5.excellent shutter bus service, free transportation to port and international airport, cost savings.
Cons-
1.breakfast choices not much, food quality just average.

Good expericne @ Grand Emperor Hotel
Good location! Just a minute walk to city square.
Spacious room! The room was well maitained and very spacious. My room was at the corner and can see the nice view of Macau tower and bridge.
Excellent breakfast! So many variety of food. My favourite was Dim Sum. The Dim Sum was restaurant quality and as good as the one I had in Hong Kong.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and easy walking distance from the city square. The next to the hotel was a department store. There is a supermarket in there, so can enjoy some local food hunting there too. All the staff were very friendly and well mannered. I think the hotel is very good value for money. If I have a chance to go back to Macau, I'll choose to stay @ Grand Emperor Hotel again.
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to eat something right at late night, you can go to Macau restaurant. It's located just across the road from the hotel. I recommend to order Macau coffee and Portuguse egg tart.

Nice design
The things i like of this hotel is the design only

This hotel is nice & have good design & location near to all casino and senado square.but i think its need more improvement on hotel value. next to yahoan shopping centre.As a four star hotel we expect for high quality service facilities but this hotel not provide.

The hotel is full of marble everywhere. It is a newer hotel and the room is one of the nicer ones I have ever been in. The bed was comfortable and the plasma tv was great. The casino was not as good as the Wynn or some of the American casinos because it was pretty small and they wouldn't let you wear your hat. For the money though it was a great value and I would stay there again.

The Grand Emperor was very well located in the city area of Macau and very close to some of biggest casinos (Wynn & MGM Grand). The Deluxe room was fantastic and we received wonderful service including breakfast or dinner at the hotel restaurants. Really loved the opulent and royal decor of the hotel. A truely royal experience!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The free shuttle service was great as it enable us to get to the airport and also to go to the Port to get to Hong Kong (Kow Loon).
