The Grand Emperor was very well located in the city area of Macau and very close to some of biggest casinos (Wynn & MGM Grand). The Deluxe room was fantastic and we received wonderful service including breakfast or dinner at the hotel restaurants. Really loved the opulent and royal decor of the hotel. A truely royal experience!

- Great service through out (including meals)
- Free shuttle services to airport etc.
- Loved the Guards & Golden Coacah at the front of hotel
- Casino at the Hotel did not have roulette.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The free shuttle service was great as it enable us to get to the airport and also to go to the Port to get to Hong Kong (Kow Loon).

It is definitely a five-star quality hotel but with three-star services.
