Big, clean and Nice hotel

Very nice hotel with big rooms. But the casino is not impressive at all. Overall stay was good and enjoyable but was spoilt by the door man at the main entrance. Was rude when we ask for shuttle bus direction. Location is near Grand Lisboa and Senado square.

good location, close to other big casino, wynn. also walking distance to the ruins of st. paul (the façade of a church that was the first home of the jesuits in china) and close to shopping areas. the hotel room was massive with big bath room however the bed was not clean.

leisurely stroll to senado sq & st. paul's ruins took at most 15mins. there was a shuttle bus pickup at a hotel next to grand emperor to city of dreams, where we walked over to venetian. yaohan shopping mall was besides grand emperor as well. overall, hotel sited at good location. room was pretty nice. breakfast buffet spread was fantastic. very helpful front office staff who took time to recommend food and gave directions

location near mongkok mtr, street's market and grand century plaza.

the room is big and comfortable with nice view. location good for shopping at hua yuan street's market, and mongkok post office just 15mins walk. the walking distance to the mongkok mtr is about 10min. link to grand century plaza and there is cinema just behind the hotel. quite convenient.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The front desk recommended a day tour of Macau which turned out to be very good. The room was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Only main downfall is that the casino wasn't very good if that's what you're after but the location was great. Approximately 10 min walk to Grand Lisboa and Senado Square. 5 min walk to Margaret's Cafe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Join a day tour of Macau. The tour can be found at the Macau Tourism office at the ferry terminal. Make sure you join the one that is supported by the Gov'mt of Macau. Cost was only $118 MOP/HK which included the entrance to the Macau Tower (which is approx $80 MOP alone).

The stay was general good. Location is ner pier. Provides transfers from pier to hotel and hotel to pier. Walking distance to the square and near other places of interest. Good Stay. Breakfast is good!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but was disappointed to have to go to lobby or dinning area for internet. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city. Seven Eleven right outside of the hotel. One block walk to the bus station for all the major casinos. There are also bus to City of Dreams on the other island. The rooms are big and comfortable.

A day in the Big City
Lobby design is elegant, elevator is spacious, food is good, room is very good, bathroom is very neat and clean which I like the most, everyone who works in the hotel is very accommodating and welcoming.

Eventhough we only spent a day in Grand Emperor Hotel, in behalf of my comrades I would say the experience was remarkable. From the moment we got off the taxi cab the bellboy was very keen on assisting us and it did not take long to proceed to our room. Everyone was very accommodating and the hotel was very pleasing. The room was very homy and comfortable. It was very clean and orderly. Location is very accessible too. I would surely consider staying at Grand Emperor Hotel next time I visit Macau.

This hotel is nice & have good design & location near to all casino and senado square.but i think its need more improvement on hotel value. next to yahoan shopping centre.As a four star hotel we expect for high quality service facilities but this hotel not provide.
