Its a comfortable stay
The hotel is still brand new, the staffs are friendly and helpful and the entertainment facilities around are lovely

Traveling with extended family plus a baby so it was important for us to look for suites. Grand Hyatt was able to provide this at an affordable price. Not only this, their "basic" suites are extremely nice - I absolutely love their bathroom design!
The only thing I didn't like was their check-in management - we weren't able to get our rooms even at check-in time. But the service was really good, they tried their best to get us comfortable (because we had a baby along) so that made up for it.

The best part of this hotel is it is so close to the "water dancing" show, basically in the same building. The room is also big and well design. They also have a very nice outdoor swiming pool, its too bed we cannot use since noww is winter time.

I love staying in this hotel. The hotel is comfortable,clean and quiet. I am quite surprise with the room size ( Grand Suite Twin ). This is so far the best hotel I have stayed. Will definitely stay in this hotel if am back to Macau. Thank you very much.

Staffs there are very nice. Yet, the check-in and check-out arrangement is kind of messy. We expect the check-in time was 2p.m. however the reception told me the check-in time should be 3p.m. and check-out time is 11a.m. next morning.
We went for lunch then. Unfortunately, the non-smoking room we requested was not yet available after 3p.m. Having been waiting at reception, we finally get the room at 3:30p.m. It made my trip very rush.
We spent most of the time in swimming pools. The environment there was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Children can play safely there. We enjoyed it very much.

perfect for a short get away from busy hk. not as crowded as the other macau hotel but yet elegent and convincent.
also great staff at the spa at nice beijing restaurant. try the duck, as good as the one you can find in beijing.
