The hotel room is great very big and high-tech. Bed is big, soft and very comfortable. The LCD TV is magnificient you could adjust the angle of the screen thru your remote. It comes with free hotel movies all day. Mini bar is free and they refill it everyday. They have a separate jaccuzi, rain shower, turkish steam and toilet. They even have a lcd tv inside the bathrom and a separate tv inside the toilet. Wish they would have a bigger shuttle bus for persons with big luggages This hotel is definitely the best hotel we stayed at. The hotel room is state of the art. Everything is automatic. The location of the hotel is very convinient. Located at the heart of Macau city,, just 10 min walk to Senado square and 10 min taxi drive to Macau Tower. It's accross Wyns and 3 blocks to MGM and Starworld Casino. The structure of the hotel is so unique and tall that it stands out from it's neighboring building you can even see it at Venetian Hotel (considering it's on the other side of the island) or at Senado Square. I would definitely stay on this hotel if I ever come back.
Restaurant Tip : There is a good Cafe near the hotel just 1 block that serves great Portugese egg tart. You can't miss it coz there's alot of people line up on the store every morning.

Location , fun factor , indulgence ,big time glitsch , great buffet and dining Impersonal train station-like lobby , air conditioning that either freezes you or overheats you and runs like an expresss train when it changes from freeze to heat...too big to be friendly in most areas except ,to be fair, reception and concierges who were great. Well it was an experience ! Huge sculptures and hundreds of people having their picture taken all round the huge lobby made it feel like a train station / museum.The air conditioniong in the room was horrible and best turned off which at this time of year was fine. Lots of gadgets in the room to play with...T.V. in the bathroom mirror and in the wall in front of the toilet and a big directional B & O in the bedroom.Free broadband electric curtains and blinds, jacuzzi steam room/ shower etc etc Food in the noodle corner was pretty good and reasonably priced the Grand Buffet was very good indeed and also well priced. Gambling is ok if that's what you want and millions of Chinese do !!I wouldn't spend a week here but for 2 nights with 2 pals it was fun and an experience---would I come back with wife and children ? NO !!
Restaurant Tip : Fat Siu Lau 2 on Sun Yat Sen---Portugese institution -- refurbed in a modern way with great food and wine--pigeon was great as was seafood rice and prawn bisque.Opposite the Kun Lam Statue

Michellin star resturants, attentive staff, beautiful room, free shuttle The soap in the bathroom was Hermes, which was nice, but smelled very masculine. The resturants are first class. The kitchen had one of our favorite meals-Chateaubriand. Very attentive. Even the Crystal resturant had good sandwiches. We were upgraded when our room wasn't ready. We rode in the hotel's Bentley. Very nice. A dry sauna, steam shower and jacuzzi in our room made the perfect anniversary. They also have a Clarin's spa that I want to try the next time.

The room of Grand Lisboa was the best among the rest. It was really perfect for a couple to stay with. I think i have nothing to say just continue the good quality of serving the guest. Grand Lisboa Hotel, is the center of Macau wherein you can go to any places that is accessible for shopping center, restaurants, souvenir shops...etc I like the place a lot cause they have attraction when you enter inside the hotel. There hotel was so elegant and they have lots of guests checking in because of a perfect ambiance. The rooms were very unique and high tech and i love staying there spending my time just to sleep. . .hehehe I will recommend this to my friends and relatives..I'll be back soon and stay there again.
Shopping Tip : it is all accessible to many places such as restaurants, shopping malls, souvenir shops, signature brands and a lot more.

Great location.
Super facility.
Good value for money. A great experience from the moment we entered the hotel. A receptionist took us to our room personally. Lovely views of the city and a well appointed room with every facility imaginable. Would definitely go again.

after travelling to so many countries, check in to so many hotels. this is the one, the one that i feel is perfect. overall i would say, the building, the design, the comfortability and etc. oh dear, if wonderful. and surprisingly, everything in the minibar is free. i will and will definitely be back there again and again. trust me is the most beautiful hotel in macau.

What a great room that is pretty good view spectacular views. casino visit was not five star. The traditional view. Hotel Good View from under bed. See external exciting. Paul came forward and in plain view in the casino fight more then five-star hotel and not another.New shopping inside the hotel. But within the room very very beautiful. Spacious rooms. In the shower room of the hotel is wide. perfect for every room.
Hotel Feature Tip : Stay in a deluxe room selected corner of the building which is within rooms and sauna rooms view the exquisite.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, gorgeous Super Deluxe room was beautiful. I'm quite happy with a free drink. Tourism and out all day, too bad I barely have time to slow in the room. And after checking out, if they catch the shuttle bus to the ferry terminal, and said if there is no proof乗RENAI with casino money. Shimo Teru to stay, this corresponds to using the money in the casino the day before was a little disappointed. Forced return home by taxi.

It was very pleasant steam bath. Room decor, luxury and excellent facilities. Amazed by the Hermes soap provided in the bargain. Shell, which had a condom. Because the heart of downtown, very bad scene. Taxi "GURANDORISUBOA" impervious though. The problem could be pronounced, and the locals from their "NYURISUBOA" they say. Or just tell the Chinese.
