the lobby was a little confusing with small booths for check in/out. room and bathroom were spacious and items in the mini bar are foc! located within 5 mins walk to the famous portuguese egg tarts and tourist attractions. most of the guests are from the mainland.

The rooms were rated at the same price as a Suite at the Wynn hotel. The room that I received was no where near suite quality. The only other issue that I had with the stay is that it is still difficult to navigate the hotel if you don't speak Chinese (not really an issue due to the fact that it's the same everywhere in Macau).
Overall the hotel was a good experience, room service was very fast and the staff very competent.

An amazing hotel in Macau! Not far away from Macau center, just walk for about 10 mins you can reach the center of Macau. Also, you can reach other Casino for about 5-10 mins walk, to Lynn, or MGM. Good room facilities like Hermes soup, etc. Good view to see the harbour, and good privacy as it is the tallest hotel in Macau now! Just need to criticize that the outlook of the hotel is not so good (I think), and the services provided by staff have rooms for improvement.
PS. It is my first time to enjoy private Sauna in my Hotel Room! Worth of Money! Although it is a little bit expensive.

Room with just amazing.
Spacious, with Bang&Olufsen sound and TV system everywhere including the bathroom.
Steam shower, zacuzzi....etc.
Lovely, food is amazing!
