I stayed in one room of the 10th floor. I received free breakfast and lucky draw coupons and can't beat the casinos in the hotels and the spas. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This hotel is a very good hotel near the airport and the extravagant service.

Grand Waldo worked perfect for me. I wanted to go to the Venetian without spending the money to stay there. Grand Waldo was clean, nice, good price and staff did their job well. It is a 15-minute walk to Venetian or a very short ride by taxi. First I went to the walking atea on Cotai then to the Venetian that night. The next day I visited Macau Island via taxi and bus. I checked out early and left my luggage at the hotel. When I was finished I went back, got my bags and the Grand Waldo shuttle bus took me to the Airport on Cotai to catch a late ferry to Hong Kong. Couldn't have worked out any better for me!
Good television and Internet access. Room clean. Staff efficient and helpful.
Breakfast buffet okay, could be better. Shower so-so.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : In dowtown Macau all the tourist sites are within walking distance. To travel farther out, buses are cheap and fast if you can figure out their schedules and take the correct one.

Hotel has only one non smoking floor and on low floor. The casino is too small, floor area not well organized.
The buffet spread was sumptutous and if you miss the breakfast time, just add HK30 for the buffet lunch. Staff is helpful and friendly
The bed is too hard, in fact very hard! Check with the staff and was told all beds in the hotel are the same
